One Hour Air technician Rocky came by today cuz the thermostat had a connection issue. It could not communicate with the system, and it was completely dead. Rocky powered off the breaker to the system itself, then back on after a pause. It came up and started cooling again. Thanks Rocky! I really appreciate the help, especially on a Saturday.

I have been using this company for almost a year. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We have to get a tech out here very month to “Fix” a brand new system that we payed 26k for. Yes we overpaid. Oh well it’s past that. The fact that every time the weather changes I have to call them to get this system working is…

One Hour Air put installed our hvac three years ago. Since then we have been on the maintenance program. Every technician is very professional and courteous, but unfortunately ,it's the third time we've had to have somebody out,in less than four months, on a brand new unit .

I was worried about my two kids under 3 going to bed without AC in the Texas summer heat and One Hour accommodated us quick and Justin had our AC blowing cold again within an hour. He was great with our kids too.
Preston is a lifesaver! Saved me from the heat reall fast!
