One Hour Air technician Rocky came by today cuz the thermostat had a connection issue. It could not communicate with the system, and it was completely dead. Rocky powered off the breaker to the system itself, then back on after a pause. It came up and started cooling again. Thanks Rocky! I really appreciate the help, especially on a Saturday.
