Ehren came to our house, he was very respectful and communicative. They didn't fix our ac, but thats only because we rent, and it's our landlord's responsibility to pay for our AC. We live in Arizona, so having a functioning AC in our home is not only a comfort thing, but its also required by law.

So glad we found One Hour. We had to replace 2 main AC units. The 1st (on the right) was in August. A basic 2.5 ton unit with a $3k install.
