I’ve had the opportunity to work with Jordan in the past, and when I heard he had started his own HVAC business with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, I was excited to support him. Jordan is one of the better minds I’ve come across in the HVAC business. His knowledge, expertise, and ability to understand how…
The service was great and even better the time it took them to showed up super fast. I was very impressed with the timing and service. Cody D. the technician installed the new thermostat and check that everything was working properly before leaving. I would recommend this company to anyone needing A/C service.
Prompt, professional and friendly service. Cody was excellent , worked long hours and even consulted with his boss to make sure our a/c was working by evening. It was a complicated problem which they resolved that day. I highly recommend One Hour!
Like most things in life, they come unexpected, but we secretly wait for them to happen. In this case, One Hour answered the call for us. The relationship started on Friday afternoon with an inspection and was successfully installed on Saturday. The team was professional and efficient. The install team ran into an…

Awesome experience quick and professional Ehren is a good guy
overall everything was great, they were able to schedule my service quick! Explain everything in detail !! Definitely become a loyal customer going forward !
Amazing work. Above and beyond. Stayed on task. Excellent quality and service. Highly recommend to anyone needing AC repairs or replacement. Installed 3 thermostats and replaced an entire system in 1 day.. very satisfied.
Ehren came to our house, he was very respectful and communicative. They didn't fix our ac, but thats only because we rent, and it's our landlord's responsibility to pay for our AC. We live in Arizona, so having a functioning AC in our home is not only a comfort thing, but its also required by law.
I am Dave’s father. Please contact Dave for feedback. From my perspective the service was excellent.
So glad we found One Hour. We had to replace 2 main AC units. The 1st (on the right) was in August. A basic 2.5 ton unit with a $3k install. We got the new unit on the right from One Hour for the same price. It is a 3 ton, its more efficient, has a smaller footprint and is noticeably quieter. With One Hour there…

Exceptional Service and Support – Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough good things about One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning! I gave One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning a call after my home warranty service sent out a company that didn’t complete the job. I talked to Jordan to set up the appointment and he was able to get Micah out to me within 45 minutes. When Micah arrived, he knew the solution as soon as I described what had happened.…
