I had an approximately $500 designer straw hat crushed at the bottom of a box with other items on top of it. I would think that professional movers would know how to properly pack delicate items such as hats in a hat box or other appropriate packaging. I am disappointed that this item was not packed properly.

Why can't all businesses operate as well as this one....
I'm an SF Realtor, and have used, and have referred clients to One Move Movers for years. Kobi (the founder) and his Operational Team; Dia, Fran and Ray are all exceptional and never miss a beat. They really understand the many intricicies of moving and make the process both organized and smooth.
Having worked with at least a dozen other moving companies over the years, Kobi's Team is the best I've encountered. This would include many moving companies like Shamrock that charge a good deal more.
I have to add, I was just overseeing a clients move, who was out of the country, and was lucky enough to have Domingo and his Team do the physical part of the move. My client had nearly 50 pieces of art, and lots of furniture that needed to be broken done and set up. These guy were super organized, efficient and carefully/ skillfully handled all of the items.

I have now used one move movers twice. Each Time involved going to multiple places, not an easy move for anyone. From the beginning, this company was refreshingly communicative and supportive. The scheduling was easy. The paperwork was easy. And most important the moves went off without a hitch. I’ve moved many times in my life and without question these moves were the easiest and least stressful of any moves I’ve had.
The entire crew from Domingo to his two team members were fantastic. As I’m disabled, they made sure I had a place to sit. They ask the right questions they helped me look in boxes and overall they were just fantastic.
Without Reservation I would highly recommend one move movers and I will use them again in the future.
