I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this company. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. I had another mechanic give me the run around. Not only did they fix my problem they went above and beyond to make sure it was right. They included pictures and videos for my vehicle inspection. I trust them completely and they’ve found a customer for life.
I booked an appt for a routine oil change but it was nice to get the inspection and be notified about any other service my vehicle may need. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase them but I ended up getting another service as well. They also tightened my rear windshield wiper that was loose at no extra charge. Chris was super friendly and helpful. Answered any questions I had honestly. They are located in walking distance from my home so having such a great first experience, I will definitely return to them for future services.

Guess its time for a refresh a year after my first review! Ive been using One Stop consistently since moving back to NM four years ago. I realized that I've NEVER had a complaint or a concern over any of the many services I've received.
