Guess its time for a refresh a year after my first review! Ive been using One Stop consistently since moving back to NM four years ago. I realized that I've NEVER had a complaint or a concern over any of the many services I've received. I trust and enjoy the folks who work there and will continue to trek to One Stop…
A great experience at One Stop. Excellent customer service. My car is running amazing! They listen to what you’re trying to say and then figure it out. Most professional auto care place I have encountered.
Good place to take your vehicle and great service
From booking to pickup they're super communicative and friendly. Very easy to work with and take care of their customers. Way more trustworthy to do the work right and actually get it done than the big drive thru places! This is my trusted shop.
Finally found an auto care company that provides good honest service. Very friendly and takes time to explain things. Will definitely be taking my car back to them.
Took car in for an oil change very professional did a good job even did a follow up phone call to make sure my car was running smoothly. Very good experience will be making this my regular spot for car maintenance.
I have been taking my multiple vehicles here now for over a year. They do a great job and are all very professional and courteous.
As usual, confidence that the repair was done correctly.Great job on my vehicles. Attention to detail. Easy to work with. Very competent auto repair service, for any make of vehicle.
The people at One Stop Auto Care were respectful, friendly, efficient and provided exceptional service and communication on what I needed done. I came in for a second opinion and advised me that one particular issue was a non-issue at all, saving me quite a bit of money. I appreciate that level of honesty. The price…
Always feel confident my car receives excellent care at One Stop. Tge staff is great, too.
Extremely professional and efficient shop!
Radiator/hoses replacement your staff was extremely helpful and did a great job.
I can’t recommend this auto shop enough. The team is always incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Their pricing is very competitive, and I’ve always appreciated that they never try to pressure you into unnecessary repairs or services. It’s hard to find a business you can truly trust, but this is…
One Stop Auto has always provided top notch professional service. I highly recommend this establishment for all your automotive needs. I will always bring my auto service needs to One Stop. The staff is amazing always very attentive and willing to serve.
I live most of the year in Minnesota, but my daughter goes to school at UNM in Albuquerque. When her old Kia needed work, the people at One Stop were always fair and honest. They’d get her car back on the road with a quickly and at a minimal cost. Yesterday I had a flat from a screw in my tire. The folks at One Stop…
Honestly, I do not go anywhere else to get work done on my truck. Even though it is older (a '94 F-150, and NO, it is NOT for sale), Steve and his techs have always been willing to work on it. His services are always prompt, complete, and are well worth the price. The integrity of Steve and his staff has always…
One stop goes far and beyond to satisfy their customers
I took my Dodge ram 2500 diesel into One stop Auto Care for 75,000 mile service after my light came on while driving across country. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. The communication was second to none every step of the way with clear options given to me when they were…

I like one stop auto care. They are really nice there. They give you a complete estimate. I took my car there like three times and have been very satisfied every time. It’s a big plus also that they are so close to my house cause I can drop off my car and then walk home.
The staff was friendly and professional. Clean waiting room. Repairs completed as promised. Great overall experience.
Excellent service, communication and understanding
Excellent service
Friendly people
They did a very complete inspection of our vehicle, and then fixed what was needed. They keep a clean and organized shop, and were timely with our repair. We will be back for future repair needs.
The personnel at One Stop. Their workmanship is excellent. I’d been taking me car to Larry H Miller on Cooper. One Stoo did the work cheaper and quicker. Now my car drives like a new car. I highly recommend them.
I started using One Stop for our work fleet. I was so impressed that I've started using them for my personal vehicle repairs as well, and have been for about 5 years now. Steve runs a great shop, and Kelby is a dang good service writer. Also, they've taken out the doubt when dealing with mechanics. If they say…
Affordable, and honest! Very hard things to find at dealer repair shop. If you're looking for a dealer substitute for repairing and maintaining your car, I'd recommend these guys. They're thorough and friendly.
Phenomenal. My appointment was Thursday, car was delivered Monday in advance and was ready first thing Tuesday morning. My car is lowered and as such the suspension can get noisy. When i got the car back it was noisier than usual, so I returned and at no extra charge they took a look and shaved some rust off the…
Thanks to Steve,Anthony and all the techs at One Stop Auto for taking such good care of my husband's 2003 F150 truck. We have had the truck in for service several times and find them to be affordable, honest and reliable. Thanks again. It's worth the drive from Rio Rancho.
Staff was professional and prompt with services
They are a very professional and courteous team. Attention to detail of my vehicle Was in and out in less than an hour. The only auto shop since living in Albuquerque I trust to take my car to get service.
****UPDATE***** WHEEL BEARING IS STILL DOING GREAT! HAD MY AC GO OUT AFTER BEING STUCK IN THE SAND. WAS GOING TO COST OVER $2300. NEED AC WITH MY KIDS AND PETS. ANTHONY WENT TO CHANGE OUT MY ENTIRE SYSTEM. FOUND A ROCK AND DEBRIS. CLEANED IT OUT AND IT STARTED WORKING! HONESTY LIKE THIS IS RARE. HE COULD'VE REPLACED…
Ive been taking my car here for 4 years I always feel confident that my car is well taken care of and that problems are detected and taken care of. Excellent service!
This is one of the best car repair shops in town. They always provide a detailed inspection of your vehicle with pictures that you can open on a secure web page. They are friendly and quick to to keep your vehicle in working condition. They have replaced my struts and provided excellent service to keep my hatchback with 150k+ miles on the road.
We took our 2005 Honda Civic in to get serviced here. Had never been because we'd been taking it to Garcia for a few years after our old mechanic retired. I liked the way the shop was set up and that the guys out front were pretty straight forward with us about what our Civic needed and what wasn't priority.…
Great place! Honest mechanics
