Guess its time for a refresh a year after my first review! Ive been using One Stop consistently since moving back to NM four years ago. I realized that I've NEVER had a complaint or a concern over any of the many services I've received. I trust and enjoy the folks who work there and will continue to trek to One Stop…
I can’t recommend this auto shop enough. The team is always incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Their pricing is very competitive, and I’ve always appreciated that they never try to pressure you into unnecessary repairs or services. It’s hard to find a business you can truly trust, but this is…
I dropped it off and It was done in a reasonable time.
Great customer service and good pricing I would and will be recommending friends and family. There was a nice list off things wrong with my van but they understood I had a budget and were very good about letting me know what was priority and what could wait. Awesome experience my van is doing great now after the…

Shop is honest and above par on all the repairs. We have been using this shop for over 20 years and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on our vehicles.
I started using One Stop for our work fleet. I was so impressed that I've started using them for my personal vehicle repairs as well, and have been for about 5 years now. Steve runs a great shop, and Kelby is a dang good service writer. Also, they've taken out the doubt when dealing with mechanics. If they say…
Affordable, and honest! Very hard things to find at dealer repair shop. If you're looking for a dealer substitute for repairing and maintaining your car, I'd recommend these guys. They're thorough and friendly.
****UPDATE***** WHEEL BEARING IS STILL DOING GREAT! HAD MY AC GO OUT AFTER BEING STUCK IN THE SAND. WAS GOING TO COST OVER $2300. NEED AC WITH MY KIDS AND PETS. ANTHONY WENT TO CHANGE OUT MY ENTIRE SYSTEM. FOUND A ROCK AND DEBRIS. CLEANED IT OUT AND IT STARTED WORKING! HONESTY LIKE THIS IS RARE. HE COULD'VE REPLACED…

Ive been taking my car here for 4 years I always feel confident that my car is well taken care of and that problems are detected and taken care of. Excellent service!
Reliable and competent vehicle maintenance and repair. Excellent warranty on their parts and labor. No hassle for honoring their warranty. They keep excellent records in their state of the art computer system. An excellent feature: they perform a thorough inspection and as soon as that is complete I receive a text…
