Guess its time for a refresh a year after my first review! Ive been using One Stop consistently since moving back to NM four years ago. I realized that I've NEVER had a complaint or a concern over any of the many services I've received. I trust and enjoy the folks who work there and will continue to trek to One Stop…
The people at One Stop Auto Care were respectful, friendly, efficient and provided exceptional service and communication on what I needed done. I came in for a second opinion and advised me that one particular issue was a non-issue at all, saving me quite a bit of money. I appreciate that level of honesty. The price…
Great service for my 03 Tacoma. They did an alignment to correct the pulling to the left. Also did inspection of all systems and an oil change. Recommended future work on suspension system.
Great customer service and good pricing I would and will be recommending friends and family. There was a nice list off things wrong with my van but they understood I had a budget and were very good about letting me know what was priority and what could wait. Awesome experience my van is doing great now after the front end work they did.
They are very Professional and very knowledgeable. Always keep you informed about the situation and the process. Thank you 🙏. Good people 👍
Shop is honest and above par on all the repairs. We have been using this shop for over 20 years and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on our vehicles.
They did a very complete inspection of our vehicle, and then fixed what was needed. They keep a clean and organized shop, and were timely with our repair. We will be back for future repair needs.
I started using One Stop for our work fleet. I was so impressed that I've started using them for my personal vehicle repairs as well, and have been for about 5 years now. Steve runs a great shop, and Kelby is a dang good service writer. Also, they've taken out the doubt when dealing with mechanics. If they say…
Affordable, and honest! Very hard things to find at dealer repair shop. If you're looking for a dealer substitute for repairing and maintaining your car, I'd recommend these guys. They're thorough and friendly.
Phenomenal. My appointment was Thursday, car was delivered Monday in advance and was ready first thing Tuesday morning. My car is lowered and as such the suspension can get noisy. When i got the car back it was noisier than usual, so I returned and at no extra charge they took a look and shaved some rust off the…
I was extrememly satified w one stop auto with their proffesionalism, pricing and how quickly they serviced it. I will return to them for all of my future business.
Great place! Honest mechanics
Reliable and competent vehicle maintenance and repair. Excellent warranty on their parts and labor. No hassle for honoring their warranty. They keep excellent records in their state of the art computer system. An excellent feature: they perform a thorough inspection and as soon as that is complete I receive a text…
I am so grateful for One Stop Auto Care. I highly recommend them. Friendly fast service. Great communication. Car repaired sooner than expected and under the estimated cost.
Heard from a previous customer that Steve could probably drive my van and diagnose what was wrong. He did exactly that. After a hair-raising trip to Denver and back with the wrong shock absorbers, I now can confidently drive the van anywhere I like. He also suggested that the gearbox be adjusted to tighten the…
