They fixed what other shops couldn't. Very transparent and patient.
They got my car in last minute, took care of it quickly and were very friendly and professional!
They were able to get me in for a same-day appointment and to address every issue my Honda Fit was having in about an hour. Everyone was kind, transparent, and efficient. Highly recommend.
Everyone here is so very helpful and I trust the staff with every repair on my Jeep. Every time I come in they try their best to give a fair price and their service is efficient and they do great work.
I have been taking my care here for years and been met with nothing but fast, friendly, and professional service every single time
The service and staff here is so wonderful, kind, and are very thorough in explaining the needed repairs/prices. My brake pads and rotors needed replaced and it only took a day for me to get my car back completely fixed and safe! I’ll be honest, I don’t know anything about cars, so it’s a bit intimidating for me…
Honest and quick service. I was happy with the price I was quoted, and then Jaime charged me more than $100 less than that when I picked up! Dropped off in afternoon and picked up following afternoon. Def recommend.
Excellent and fast work. Enjoyed talking with the staff while they were able to fix my car the same day I came in (thank you Anthony and Gerry!). Quality work and caring mechanics. I’ll definitely return here whenever I need additional repairs for my car.
Great Work ! Been going here for several years they keep my 2004 Ford with 150,000 miles running strong !
Was quoted for new belt, pulley, and alternator braket. They couldnt find the braket b/c my car is old, understandable. Replaced the pully and belt and still charged for all 3 that was quoted. They didn't even put on the belt when i picked it up. Had to beg to not charge me for the bracket they didn't install. Wild.
One Stop Auto Care in Eagle Rock is truly a rare find. Their customer service and honesty are something you don’t see often anymore. They treated us with so much respect, explained everything clearly, and even found the parts we needed in just one day. They fixed everything perfectly and without trying to upsell…
This review is long overdue! I want to take a moment to show my appreciation to the amazing staff at One Stop Auto Care. They’re a family-owned shop, proudly accredited by the City of Eagle Rock for their many years of dedicated service to the community. I’ve had the privilege of knowing them for a couple of years…
I'm from the Central Valley (CA), but my son is using my '04 Suburban while in L.A. It was making a knocking noise with an oil pressure gauge going haywire. Ariel helped me out over the phone to get it up and running again. The shop did a comprehensive diagnosis in a short amount of time and found many problems. I…
Great service! Fast, fair service with great communication throughout the process.
Ariel was incredible and very communicative, made understanding there whole process very easy, and very quick!
Great staff and service. Great communication. I will be returning to one stop. Thanks
Excellent service
These guys are the BEST OF THE BEST. Never in my life have I received such warm, respectful, professional, and hospitable service at any auto shop ever. These folks are honest and classy. They have a fridge stocked with waters and Starbucks drinks and a comfy couch. This is a good place to go if you’re woman and/or…
Everybody who helped me here was friendly and professional. Felt like they were genuinely trying to help me out based on my particular situation. Thanks
One Stop Auto Care is amazing! I found them on yelp searching for a car shop that also deals with electrical issues as several shops could not figure out why my car alarm wouldn't stop beeping. Ariel and his team made a full-car inspection of my car to make sure i was aware of every component. They don't push you to…
Super friendly and willing to take their time to really explain things. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who gets nervous about taking their car in!
Friendliest, most helpful vehicle service I’ve ever experienced. My Van runs better than it did the day I bought it.
Honest, dependable and professional with outstanding customer service. The crew at the Eagle Rock One-Stop are absolutely the best. I've recommended several friends to them and no one has ever been disappointed with their service. A rare find and local!
I had major transmission work done on my 1966 mustang with “One stop”. My 66 is now running like a dream… it was worth every pennny. I can’t say enough about the level of quality of work and customer service I received. Ariel, Gio and Memo did a great job of keeping me updated with my cars progress every stap of the way.
They replaced my Cadillac Cue/Radio. While the auto was there they performed other services. I was impressed with the shop and their professionalism.
They are the best in the area. Super friendly and honest. I have used the shop twice and both times they have exceed my expectations. If you are having car issue, look no further One Stop Auto Care is the place to go.
I had such a great experience at One Stop Auto Care! As soon as I walked in I was treated like family and when I got a list of the things I needed addressed for my car, the man was so honest about the problems that were urgent vs. what could be dealt with later and didn't try to up-sell me at all. Thank you One Stop!
They were very detailed and went the extra mile for me and my repair.
Visiting from out of state, our 2006 Honda CRV started having trouble starting. My daughter recommended this shop. They were so great in taking it in, fully checking the engine and replacing the starter. We were planning on leaving the next day and they kept their word for when the repair would be done so we could…
