One Stop Auto Care

Everyone here is so very helpful and I trust the staff with every repair on my Jeep. Every time I come in they try their best to give a fair price and their service is efficient and they do great work.

Moved from TN to CA. My roommate spoke highly of this business. For someone who doesnt have a lot of car knowledge and out of state the fear of being taken advantage of real. Friendly staff and a great deal that fear vanished. I see why my roommate rates them high. I will be back for all my car maintenance needs!

I had such a great experience with One Stop Auto Care. I originally had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, but my car unexpectedly broke down Monday evening. The employees went above and beyond to help me and did not hesitate to move my appointment up to Tuesday. Not only were they accommodating and… Read full review

Great Work ! Been going here for several years they keep my 2004 Ford with 150,000 miles running strong !

One Stop is always a great place to bring my car. They are responsible, honest, efficient, and affordable.

This review is long overdue! I want to take a moment to show my appreciation to the amazing staff at One Stop Auto Care. They’re a family-owned shop, proudly accredited by the City of Eagle Rock for their many years of dedicated service to the community. I’ve had the privilege of knowing them for a couple of years… Read full review

Yep the best care for your car.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this shop! They were so thorough from the start. They sent me a detailed list of what was wrong with my car that included pictures and what needed attention based on urgency. I felt completely informed and taken care of. They were kind, communicative, and even washed my… Read full review

I was having brake trouble with my car and I knew every day I delayed addressing it was just going to be bad and unsafe. I was also in search of a new auto mechanic that was much more convenient to where I lived. This place recieved me last minute and squeezed me in their busy schedule… which was very appreciative …… Read full review

Very friendly and professional. Outlined every step and I loved they include pictures with recommendations. Unfortunately, many shops make up problems to squeeze you but I when they recommend they include the pictures and the severity and don’t guilt trip you when/if you decline.

Great service! Fast, fair service with great communication throughout the process.

I’ve gone to this place for years (and a few Miata versions) and they are the best hands down. They are detailed, honest, always keep you informed on the process and will do their best to work with your schedule. They stand by their work and they get quality parts so you’re not going to have to worry about the job… Read full review

Excellent service. I had a LOT of maintenance that needed doing, and the guys were efficient, transparent, and a pleasure to deal with. A shipment of tires got delayed, and they discounted my servicing above and beyond the lyft rides I had to take due to the delay. They charge pretty typical for labor, but given… Read full review

Gio was super helpful and got my car back on the road for a trip to Portland in no time! Would highly recommend and will be returning again in future. Thank you!

My vehicle really need a lot of repairs. I have every bit of confidence that One Stop checked and repaired everything my car need to allow me to drive and be safe on the road. I recommend to everyone needing repairs to take their vehicle to One Stop.

Gio and the team at One Stop are incredible. We were impressed with the review we saw online and we live the in the neighborhood so when my wife's car started making ticking noises we had to give them a shot. Gio patiently walked me through the process and was able to look at the car same-day. He follow up a few… Read full review

Super friendly and willing to take their time to really explain things. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who gets nervous about taking their car in!

What a great business! One Stop couldn’t have been more amazing, friendly service and honest people. They even gave me a shuttle ride to work and picked me back up at the end of the day. My car feels brand new, much love to Gio and everyone at One Stop!

Gio and the whole team are so professional, kind, and did a great job with my car. I couldn’t recommend them enough. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had with taking my car to a mechanic. They’ll take care of you and are extremely trustworthy. The coffee is good too :)
