Flor did an amazing job!!!! Even cleaned the window tracks from my sliding doors. Everything looks new. Personally think that it was a bit overpriced but it was a lot of work. But definitely happy with the work. Thank you again
Jackie's team did amazing with my move out clean! In and out in under 3hrs for a 3bd 2ba. Will contact OneTouch again in the future!
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this company as a first-time customer. We paid $439 for a professional move in cleaning, expecting our home to be thoroughly cleaned before moving in. However, only 1 cleaner showed up to complete the job, and numerous areas throughout the home were missed…
Jackie and Miguel from OneTouch cleaners did an excellent job on the Move Out clean. I will use them again for future cleaning.
We appreciated Paulo and the team for all their hard work, kindness, and sympathy. It’s a true demonstration of love for your neighbor within a professional business. Thank you!
Cleaner: Angela D
Jackie and her team did a great job for our move out cleaning! We’d use them again for sure.
One Touch Cleaners did a move-in clean for me under a very rushed and stressful move… But Paulo's Team was incredibly thorough and not only did they do a great job they were kind and friendly.! I will definitely use them again!
Hired one touch cleaners for two different jobs and Luz did a great job at cleaning both. Refrigerator looks brand new. Very thorough. Happy with the results and would hire again for other cleaning jobs. Booking was very easy as well.
Incredible cleaning. New house experience was great. Cleaned every area and more. Had Luz as our cleaner very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend
We did a move in clean and it was fantastic. She was very thorough, responsive to our needs, and it turned out great. Would highly recommend!
Martin was on time, very polite and friendly. His work was amazing! I don't have to change my kitchen and bathroom faucets any more! Would definitely work with him again and recommend him and One Touch cleaning!
Luz was AMAZING! She did such an incredible job cleaning up the apartment and getting it move out ready for me! Had a walkthrough and even the inspector commented how nice it looked. Super appreciative of Luz and her hard work!
This was a move-out deep cleaning before listing it for sale. Very satisfied with the work Paulo and his team did. They left the house looking much better than the way I accepted it four years ago from previous owners. Thank you!
We are property managers and have tons of experience with cleaners. We will never use this company again. They lie repeatedly about when the workers have arrived what they have done and come up with any excuses to charge you more once they arrive so they’ll get you in for a reasonable fee and then they’ll try to up…
These guys are by far the best option in San Diego. They were easy to communicate with, thorough, and still moved quick. I would recommend all my friends and family to them!
Luz was very professional and timely, the house looked amazing afterward!
Raquel was amazing. She found places…which needed attention…I wasn’t even thinking about. Keep up the good work.
Thank you Luz. My mom’s house looks amazing 💯.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the service from One Touch Cleaners. I paid $889 for a move-out cleaning of a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo under 1,000 square feet, including carpet cleaning and exterior window cleaning, so I expected a thorough, professional result. Only one cleaner arrived with a…

Alex and Michelle did a fantastic job with a deep clean. They were thorough and and quick too! An excellent, professional job. Thank you!
Hicieron muy buen trabajo me gustó mucho la actitud de kimberly muy linda persona y se ve que le gusta su trabajo. Lo único que no me gustó fue que me cambiaron el horario dos veces pero fuera de ahí estuvo bien .
Quick, detailed, and amazing customer service. Worth the price. Will be booking again.
jackie did a great job!
Worth every penny and then some. Erika S made my place sparkle. It hasn't been this clean in years. If you're on the fence for any reason, don't be. These are the cleaners to turn to for sure.
I had OneTouch Cleaners come out to do a move in cleaning, and both Marisela and Michelle did a fantastic job. There was a lot of dust, grime, and dirt after renovations and now the place sparkles. Also, they discovered both a gas leak in our laundry area and a possible spider infestation in one of our vents. We…
Jackie and Luz did an outstanding job! I was thoroughly impressed and met all of my expectations! If I would have known about them sooner, I would have hired them for a monthly clean!!
The cleaner was thorough and professional. For an empty home it took a little longer but perfectly justified given the final results after the deep clean. Highly recommend!
Luz did an excellent job with my move out cleaning request that included some heavier cleaning tasks in the bathroom area. It looked like new afterwards!
Luz did a great job cleaning the two empty bedrooms and bathroom, it now looks showroom ready for our new tenant. There was a misunderstanding when it came to cleaning the refrigerator but it was quickly resolved and again Luz did a wonderful job. Plus Luz was very nice to my beagle. Will definitely call again.
Luz did a wonderful job doing a move-out deep clean. She arrived early and got everything done in 3 hours, by herself! The apartment looked spotless just like when we first moved in. Definitely recommend them.
Booking was easy and straight forward. I called over the phone to get a quote for a move out clean. The person on the phone was very friendly and answered all my questions. The quote was a flat rate, which was nice. No surprises. On the day of the scheduled cleaning I got a call saying the provider could not make…
The cleaners are awesome! They cleaned every corner of my house nicely!
Maria’s team did a great job for our move out deep clean. When I did the post clean walkthrough I noticed one area of the floor was still a little dirty and that our curtains were taken off when we said to leave them on. I let them know and they came back the next day and completed those tasks. Thank you! They did…
Maria, Susana and the team did such a great job. It was a move out clean of a 3200 square foot home. They had it looking like new. Would definitely request their services again. Highly recommend.

I will def use One Touch Cleaners again in the future. Especially if you want the job done right the first time.

Excellent cleaning service! They did a full deep clean for our move out and it was hassle free with wonderful results.
One person crew (Lux) showed up for a 2 bed 2 bath moving out clean. She took her time (5 hours) and was meticulous. She used some incredibly strong chemicals, made the tiles spotless. A bit pricey (750!), but worth it.
Sonia and team did a great job with a large house.
Ady did an exquisite job with our move out clean. One of the most stressful things about moving is coming back to the unit to clean everything while the rest of your life is boxed up. She was prompt, professional and did a very detailed job deep cleaning our old condo. It gave us one less thing to stress out about…

It was a mess… they did everything you could think of, cleaned the window sills, baseboards, all appliances, bathrooms, wiped out all the drawers and more!
