Did a really good job. The language barrier was a bit challenging but I’m happy with her work.

Adyleni Pérez came with her assistant Osve. As soon as they entered, Adyleni declared, “I love to clean to how things look afterwards!” I was shocked. They have been working for over four hours and they are top of the mine. Adyleni likes to design what the room can look like; they are both very kind, and I am…

Maricela and Melissa did a great job! However, objectively, I believe I could have gotten a similar service for about $100 less from another highly rated provider.

Vanessa S did a wonderful job with our place! 10/10!

Erika did an amazing job and went above and beyond for me!

Booked a standard cleaning, and a lot of spots were completely missed. The clean was no better than what I would have done myself. Staff were only in the apartment for an hour, and did not clean thoroughly. The customer service staff were kind and sympathetic, however they could not find someone available to come…

Worth every penny and then some. Erika S made my place sparkle. It hasn't been this clean in years. If you're on the fence for any reason, don't be. These are the cleaners to turn to for sure.

Luz did a great job cleaning the two empty bedrooms and bathroom, it now looks showroom ready for our new tenant. Luz did a great job

I used One Touch cleaners in Del Mar recently for the first time. Jackie and Miguel did a great job, especially post construction! There was a lot of dust for them to deal with and they did it. I plan to use them again for future cleanings!

There are better services out there that won’t nickel and dime you for a thorough clean. Or charge extra money to rinse your dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Or ask of they should “clean around the dishes” unless you want to pay $20 extra. Just an absolutely insane business model. The standard should be…

I’ve been working with OneTouch Cleaners for my post-construction cleanups, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. Giselle L did an excellent job cleaning my house! Great attention to detail

Eric is the man! He arrived right on time, and worked very efficiently and quietly around our condo even as my wife and I were working from home. Our place is spotless!

I booked a standard clean, and while the booking process was easy and the customer service was great, I was really disappointed with the actual cleaning. The cleaner was very nice, but it felt rushed, especially since she was working alone. A lot of basic tasks were either missed or done poorly. Many of the main…

I had cleaners Miguel and Alex do the cleaning and they did a pretty good job.

Standard cleaning + carpet cleaning was timely and thorough. Luz did a great job.

Had a great experience with Luz from OneTouch Cleaners! She took great care of everything, was very friendly, and the entire place was spotless when she left. The best move out service in town! Michelle and Alex were very thorough. Our landlord had glowing remarks for how clean the house was. 100% recommend!!

Mariela went out of her way to get the small details of our apartment. She was incredibly thorough and assured us to double check if there was anything she could do better. She was on time, respectful, and asked if we had anything specific we wanted or needed. She truly was great and we’d love to have her back. Ask…
