Nelson Hernandez from Ontrack Moving SF moved all our stuff from Mountain View CA to Seattle area in WA. The service was awesome in every way, punctuality, efficiency, care and friendliness. Both crews he lead in California and Washington were hardworking and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again if I did a similar move.
I used Ontrack Moving for a move from California to Oregon. On both the pack up and unpacking, the teams were friendly, polite, and super fast. I was very pleased with the service I received from start to finish and highly recommend Ontrack Moving. Their pricing was competitive and their ability to pack up and…
I can’t tell you how unimaginably helpful, professional, efficient, kind and professional Mauricio and Jose were with my move. In one day, they packed my entire home, and loaded it into a pod. True customer service is still alive and well!
The best moving experience of my life. 5 stars, fantastic crew. Would highly recommend
Excellent service and value. Edwin and Domingo were especially top notch in quality and care. Many times I only gave instructions one time and they followed it exactly, despite the complexity and multiple moving projects occuring simultaneously. They performed our move from San Jose to Portland and I highly…
Very good at protecting all my items and belongings. Very easy to deal with and very helpful
Moved today from the Bay Area to Portland. Eduardo and his crew were extremely professional and efficient. The team loaded on Saturday, drove up on Sunday, and delivered on Monday. All furniture was carefully disassembled and reassembled, well protected and everything arrived in perfect condition. This was an easy move for us and a great experience.
Domingo and Gerson were fast and professional. They made my move stress free. I would recommend this service if you need to move furniture
Amazing experience with OnTrack. The nicest most professional service and the guys are polite, attentive and have great hustle.
Eduardo’s teams were awesome - They arrived Tuesday morning in San Jose, CA & It’s now Thursday at Noon and we’re all set up in Phoenix, AZ. They took good care of our stuff, helped pack some fragile bulky items and everything made it safe and sound.
Cesar and his crew were amazing. They arrived on time even when we requested an early start at 7 am, were very careful, quick and experienced packing everything big and small. They disassembled the furniture and know how to put it together in no time. All moving companies gave us a slighlty less expensive quote but…
We moved our entire household from the Bay Area to the Seattle area. Mauricio and Carlos were so helpful and careful and professional. They did a wonderful job!
I recently used their services to move two full storage units of furniture and personal belongings from San Francisco to Las Vegas, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They even packed loose items, handled everything with great care, and securely stored everything overnight before delivering…
Very satisfied. They were prompt, gave good updates on their location and progress. Affable reliable movers. High recommend.
Every moment with OnTrack for our CA to AZ move was professional and delightful. - from the in-person estimate, to the communication leading up to the big day, to the professional, kind, and detail-oriented team led by Eduardo. They treated our furniture, art and goods as if it were their own, wrapping everything…
