Nelson Hernandez from Ontrack Moving SF moved all our stuff from Mountain View CA to Seattle area in WA. The service was awesome in every way, punctuality, efficiency, care and friendliness. Both crews he lead in California and Washington were hardworking and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again if I did a similar move.
Antonio and his crew did a fantastic job moving our house. They took great care of our items and were very efficient.
The movers arrived within the time frame that they said they would. They had the best price I could find per hour. Tony and his two other colleagues were so professional and kind. They packed up my entire studio and boxed a lot of my loose stuff and got it to my new apartment in 2 hours exactly - I didn’t even hit the minimum! Super appreciative. Highly would recommend!

They did a great job of placing things in my new apartment so that I would still be able to walk and move around freely, which was a challenge because my new place is much smaller than my old one. Payment was easily done using my credit card - a fair price for a 7-hour job. I was very happy with my overall experience and with the care they took with all my stuff.
Very disappointing experience. We were told the move would take around 3 hours, but it ended up taking 7. The crew took unexplained breaks, yet still left an entire room and half the kitchen unfinished. They also ignored our explicit requests to use the original boxes for items we had kept them for. They nearly damaged our monitor through careless handling and damaged our plants.
Eduardo, Sam, Luis were so kind, efficient and professional! I would certainly hire this team again!
