I highly recommend Onyx - the technicians that came out, Ruslan Nick and Zach, were phenomenal and even came back to address some additional items in a timely manner They were also amazing with my obnoxious dogs which was a plus. This was my second time using onyx and I’ll definitely be using them again for any of my electrical needs.
Matthew’s attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism made this process so easy!
Excellent service with professionalism was performed by electrical contractor, Raymond, Jolly and Corbin. The gentleman remained very professional and very timely in completing what we had to ask them to do. They are without a doubt to be Referred By by us too many others. Thank you, Onyx Electric, and thank you Raymond and Corbin .
Onyx Electric with licensed electrician Sam was phenomenal. Sam approached with being very professional and explained what he was going to do to determine the issue we had called about! Sam went right to work, determined the problem and a resolution, prepared the quote, and he reviewed it in much detail. We were…
I had a wonderful experience with Matthew. He was very efficient, personable, and knowledgeable of what I needed done. I would call Matthew again for any electrical needs I may have.
We had the best experience with Onyx from the start. We were able to get a same day consultation with Wade, who was courteous and highly knowledgeable answering our questions. Wade put us at ease for the work ahead and was able to get us scheduled for just a few days later. Cesar and Romeo arrived on time for the…
Excellent, flexible, and professional. Would hire again!
Great friendly service. Cesar was amazing!
Wade came to our office when we needed help and we received excellent and honest service
I had initially planned to get three electrical quotes but after meeting with Wade, I was 100% confident that Onyx would get my business. Cesar and Sam performed all of the work with precision, skill, and they finished ahead of schedule. Honestly, I couldn't have imagined a better experience. I would definitely recommend this company.
Matt does a great job. He is willing to do it right and willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done right- This is a company you can trust. I am a loyal customer and will stay with them
Very proficient did what they were supposed to do. There was a little bit of an issue but not theirs there was a weird setup in my older house. But they fixed everything thank you.
5 stars for Raymond and the crew today! Very friendly and efficient. Would definitely hire them again!
Great experience with Raymond and his colleague (sorry missed his name). They arrived ahead of schedule and contacted us beforehand to make sure it was okay. They installed two tricky chandeliers on vaulted ceilings including moving the electrical box to a new location and didn't complain once when they had to…
TIM gave us our quote, he was very professional and honest. The very next day, matt and raymond came out and did all our work for us.They were extremely professional and did a fantastic job.I highly would recommend any or all of them. We were very happy with the work they did.
Onyx was recommended by my contractor, and I'm very pleased with their work and any necessary follow-ups. We had to have the house re-wired due to damage by Hurricane Helene and they were able to accommodate all necessary repairs and ensures we were brought up to code. I would recommend Onyx for your electrical needs.
Rylan did an excellent job
Recently had Wade come out to fix some electrical issues, and he was absolutely amazing! We previously had another company tell us we needed a full rewire and quoted over $10K, but Wade quickly found the real issue and repaired it for a very reasonable price. He was professional, kind, and genuinely seemed happy to…
Excellent team, and outstanding customer service. If you want professionals who can get the job done perfectly I’d recommended hiring this company. Hector, Nate, Cesar, and Cody are the best.
I was charged a $250 diagnostic fee that I was never told about. My issue was simple and only involved one light switch with three outdoor lights on it. I understand that sometimes diagnosis on a large structure can take substantial time but those are the people that should get charged a higher amount. The…
