Skyler was came out for estimate was the BEST ever informative and honest. My techs Zach and Romeo super professional and kind literally cleaned up after others mess. I can’t say enough praises about these 3 and this company in general they are amazing and I’m having them back out to do more work!
I highly recommend Onyx - the technicians that came out, Ruslan Nick and Zach, were phenomenal and even came back to address some additional items in a timely manner They were also amazing with my obnoxious dogs which was a plus. This was my second time using onyx and I’ll definitely be using them again for any of my electrical needs.
Ruslan was on time, very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Great service! Will definitely use ONYX Electric again!
We had the best experience with Onyx from the start. We were able to get a same day consultation with Wade, who was courteous and highly knowledgeable answering our questions. Wade put us at ease for the work ahead and was able to get us scheduled for just a few days later. Cesar and Romeo arrived on time for the…
We hired Onyx to install a new electric panel, run wiring for three ceiling fans and install the fans. Raymond and Samuel did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, and got the work done much faster than expected. The cost was very reasonable. I also have to give a shout out to Rylan, who came out…
Wayde was professional, prompt, and completed the job in less time then anticipated. Highly recommend and ask for Wayde! Update- We had more work done and Wayde came back to make sure we were 💯 satisfied.
Edit 3: Still no remedy agreed on.. Supervisor called and asked for a chance to come back to fix: he showed up mad that he was here, cussing and saying his team is doing a poor job (he used other language) when he called them in front of us and our baby to review their work. When we agreed on a remedy to remove the…
We hired Onyx Electric based on their strong reviews and a sales appointment where several items were identified as out of code or potential safety concerns. The total quote was over $3,000 and was not itemized, even though it included multiple jobs. We paid a 50% deposit and waited about a week for the appointment.…
Great friendly service. Cesar was amazing!
Thank for putting electric in for our new ceiling fan. Brian did a great job, scheduling was fast and easy.
Good guys that are dedicated to their craft!
Tim went above and beyond to remove an old outdoor fan and replace it with a new one. Very professional and personable. He was honest with us, as the first replacement fan had a slight issue. He could have just installed it as it was with the possibility of it breaking soon after he left, but he was upfront and said…
Jose and Wade were excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They broke down all costs before doing any work to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend and plan on using them for all electrical needs in the future.
TIM gave us our quote, he was very professional and honest. The very next day, matt and raymond came out and did all our work for us.They were extremely professional and did a fantastic job.I highly would recommend any or all of them. We were very happy with the work they did.
Raymond is the man!!!!!
Wade was always on time. If I needed anything like a fan, he helped me find the place to get it and the model to get. When he was finished installing, he made sure I knew how to operate the item he installed. Example: He installed strip lights under my cupboard. He paired them to my phone and showed me how to…
Wade and Sam did an excellent job completing a laundry list of electrical needs we had. Everything from installing 2 ceiling fans, dimmer install, outlet repairs and breaker box wiring fixes. They were professional, courteous, efficient and clearly very knowledgeable! I will be a repeat customer!
Tim was excellent. Prompt, professional and handled several little nuances expertly. Would highly recommend for any future work.
Andrei is a total professional. He gave great advice and did excellent work throughout our house. We needed the entire house to be rewired and an upgraded panel. He was always clear with communication and on time. Reasonable price and friendly service We recently called Onyx back for additional work. Rylan was very…
