Trash company! Guy came to my house to inspect for new insulation and ended up making up random other problems like a non existent crack in foundation that needed immediate attention also making things up about rodent bait that is in the home! DO NOT use this company!! 100% scammers!!

These guys suck. Had them for a year already. Finally had to call Terminex to fix my problem. Terminex one visit. Salea. 6 visits over a year! STAY AWAY
The technicians are friendly and professional. If needed, they re-service just as promised.
Initial treatment was great. Follow ups were rescheduled twice without my approval. Stayed home only to be later told you decided to come next day. Grossly incompetent.
I had to sign a 2 year contract and pay $399 before they came out. They came on 9/23 and set traps and said they would come back on Friday or Saturday of the next week. Never showed up and when I called the company I was told that I never had an appointment for follow up service and no one was available to empty…

Never showed up and when I called the company I was told that I never had an appointment for follow up service and no one was available to empty the traps. Obviously they only wanted me to sign the contract and had no intention of fulfilling their part of the contract, which was to come weekly for one month and then every 2 months
