Initial treatment was great. Follow ups were rescheduled twice without my approval. Stayed home only to be later told you decided to come next day. Grossly incompetent.
In the business to make money and not care about customers. When called no one answers locally, call goes to overseas. Hired someone for re service, said somone will call, no one ever calls. Same thing happened when I got rodent extermination service, had to call them 4 times after they charged me $700 to come and…
Super service, Tech was knowledgeable, efficient and professional
They always do a great job
Saela is a WONDERFUL company! They always inspect everything & do a very thorough job! I am so happy to have them service my home!
Do your research and go with a different pest control company. They showed up 2hrs late multiple times and did not even notify me that they will be late. I had to call them many times to get some sort of answer but their customer service rep would always say that the technician will call us in couple mins to let us…
Have tried multiple pest control companies and none of the results compare to the results we get with Saela. Everyone I had interacted with in person or verbally had always gone above and beyond to answer all my questions. Technicians have always communicated and explained exactly what was being done and what was…
Nicko was very professional and answered all our questions.
From the rep to the technician who performed the service, everyone was professional, polite, helpful and courteous. I'm extremely happy with this company and service.
Very knowledgeable and helpful!
Technician was polite, thoroughly checked all areas of concern and recommended additional things to prevent this from happening again.
Good service. Polite workers and on time. Would recommend!
Have been happy with the technicians that have been coming out to bait the rodent traps. Very friendly very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
Professional
Very professional!
The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make suggestions but are not overly pushy to sell more services. They even indicate that although Saela has the services, the customer could use other provider. Their goal is to get rid of the problem rather than to sell another service.
Very professional addressing my mouse and rodent issue with all kinds of traps and spray. When we called back they returned and set more traps.
Steve is great, thank you!
Luther was amazing! Very knowledgeable, thorough and excellent at explaining the process and giving tips to help with our problem. Luther gets an A+ in our book!
Our tech was amazing. We had a big problem with mice and he would Not Leave until all the the work was done. He Left no stone unturned. Impressive
The irony of this company is that they've become the pest. It is Unnecessary to come to my house more than once a day to try and solicit my business. Especially when there is clearly a no trespassing sign at the front of this community. You also lied about my neighbor that you mentioned; they do not use you. You are…
Our service tech did an excellent job. He was very professional he greeted us, did the inspection, and then performed all the necessary requirements. He was very good.
Great service and very professional
Our technician was friendly and professional. He did a great job!
The service tech did a great job very professional very friendly. He met my expectations.
Nico was amazing and can’t recommend him enough. He was so professional and thorough with all of his work. Nico was very thoughtful in the way he listened to us and was courteous to our toddlers as well. We are so nervous about rodents and felt so reassured in the end knowing that we are in wonderful hands. It was a…
Tech was very knowledgeable and pointed out some spots where mice could be entering the home
I was not home when my home was serviced. I presume everything was serviced as noted on the invoice. Since the mouse traps were set in the basement in the Aug visit, 2 mice were caught right away and I have not had any problem since. 2 traps were set and put in the removable ceiling boards, I have not removed the…
Tech did a great job and was very helpful and informative
There was no inspection but just a mild spray was done on request.
They are very polite and professional when it comes to performing their service. One moment that stood out was I was informed of a wasp nest in an area that I am always in a few times a week. I was never aware of it. They also show me the areas to keep an eye on in case wasps or ants start showing up again.
So far they have came out at the times expected and was able to show how the rodents were entering my home. Very affordable.
he did a very good job and fella sprayed wherever I asked him to. I have no complaints - he took care of all of them.
Awesome, friendly and timely service. Said they would be here at a certain time and was in and out at the time stated. So far so good! We love Edge.
I’m thrilled I used this company! They not only do their due diligence but their customer support is fantastic. I can rest easy knowing that they have helped care for my home.
Edge did a great job in contacting and explaining about their service. They were on time, quick appointments and good service when they performed their work. Overall the experience is good so far!
This is wonderful operation! Their staff was timely, dedicated, and well/informed. They solved the problem in just a few days. I would definitely recommend them!
