Very thorough
Nicko was very professional and thorough when treating my home. He was also very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. Highly recommend!
Stephen the tech is the best!
Saela is a WONDERFUL company! They always inspect everything & do a very thorough job! I am so happy to have them service my home!
Do your research and go with a different pest control company. They showed up 2hrs late multiple times and did not even notify me that they will be late. I had to call them many times to get some sort of answer but their customer service rep would always say that the technician will call us in couple mins to let us…
Excellent service
My contract stated service inside and outside my house, but they have only serviced the outside. Not worth the price they are charging at all. Extended my contract without letting me know.
I was told I had a one year contract. I have no idea when this service will end. I have gnats, box elder bugs, spiders and wasps getting into my home. I am stuck paying for a service that is not preventing bugs from entering my home. Plus, maybe the technician who came out was not trained or bored because he…
Have tried multiple pest control companies and none of the results compare to the results we get with Saela. Everyone I had interacted with in person or verbally had always gone above and beyond to answer all my questions. Technicians have always communicated and explained exactly what was being done and what was…
From the rep to the technician who performed the service, everyone was professional, polite, helpful and courteous. I'm extremely happy with this company and service.

Steve is great, thank you!
We have a wasp problem, however since switching to Saela the wasps have been under control. Also very pleased with the mosquito repellent. Very happy I switched services to Saela! Very professional and responsive too.
Great job!
Always super knowledgeable and friendly agents. Very responsive (many times next day) when scheduling. Quality service, highly recommend
Professional, prompt and customer service oriented.
The pest control service individual did a very through job and answered any questions I had in a pleasant and professional manner.
I lead the guy around my house to spray. He kept saying that is can of spray was almost empty and he could not replace it. He got the spraying done in the inside of my house but he said he only gets one can a day. He had another house to do after mine. The sales person who came before him was good and said we…
The irony of this company is that they've become the pest. It is Unnecessary to come to my house more than once a day to try and solicit my business. Especially when there is clearly a no trespassing sign at the front of this community. You also lied about my neighbor that you mentioned; they do not use you. You are…
Just had the initial service. Good communication and program setup. Service technician was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. If the pest prevention works as advertised over time, this will be a good value!
Our service tech did an excellent job. He was very professional he greeted us, did the inspection, and then performed all the necessary requirements. He was very good.
Great service and very professional
