Super service, Tech was knowledgeable, efficient and professional
They always do a great job
Very thorough
The service person was very detailed and communicated everything they he did.
Saela is a WONDERFUL company! They always inspect everything & do a very thorough job! I am so happy to have them service my home!
Do your research and go with a different pest control company. They showed up 2hrs late multiple times and did not even notify me that they will be late. I had to call them many times to get some sort of answer but their customer service rep would always say that the technician will call us in couple mins to let us…
Technician was very professional and knowledgeable of company product and what they offer. Great asset to your company
THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Do not do business with this company. We have been trying to get out of our contract for 8 months and they kept saying we had to finish the contract so we did. When the contract ended my 80 year old mother called to cancel and the customer service rep was agreeing with the cancellation…
Thank you Niko! We are looking forward to a free pest home this spring and summer! Always a pleasure to be serviced by Saela!
Nicko was very professional and answered all our questions.
We had a mouse issue this winter and Nicko was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable!! Best person on the team
Very helpful, kind, and speedy. Thank you!
Unfortunately I joined and committed to a lengthy expensive contract while living in a larger home with a yard. Shortly after, had to move to a small townhouse with no yard. Still being charged the same and will not let me out of contract. When I wasn’t home, I asked if I could open the garage remotely so they could…
Professional
Good service
Very professional!
Very professional addressing my mouse and rodent issue with all kinds of traps and spray. When we called back they returned and set more traps.
We received valuable information today concerning rodents, ants, gnats, spiders and all webs. The technician was extremely thorough with the expectation and knowledge. I really love the company and the technician’s professionalism.
Good fast service.
Great job!
Tyler was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient
I had a very bad experience with this company recently. Long story short they did not do the job that they were supposed to. I will cancel them ASAP.
Luther was very professional and friendly. He was also efficient and got things done quickly. Thanks!
Horrible company, service is terrible. I would never use this company. Too expensive for service provided.
I had a HUGE watermelon sized paper mache wasp nest growing from a low branch of my backyard raspberry tree. Saela quoted online, inspected the problem onsite within 2 hours. and took care of the problem on site the same day.. WOW!!! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient service!!!!! Thanks Saela, you all are the best!!!
The pest control service individual did a very through job and answered any questions I had in a pleasant and professional manner.
Very professional and helpful service. Our technician said if we see any bugs come back - to let them know and they’ll come out free of charge. We have not had any pest issues since they’ve been treating our property.
Great service! Usually around this time of the year ants and spiders show up, but this year I have not seen bugs in my house since Saela came to service my home. They even did my garage. I really like them so far.
I lead the guy around my house to spray. He kept saying that is can of spray was almost empty and he could not replace it. He got the spraying done in the inside of my house but he said he only gets one can a day. He had another house to do after mine. The sales person who came before him was good and said we…
The irony of this company is that they've become the pest. It is Unnecessary to come to my house more than once a day to try and solicit my business. Especially when there is clearly a no trespassing sign at the front of this community. You also lied about my neighbor that you mentioned; they do not use you. You are…
Just had the initial service. Good communication and program setup. Service technician was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. If the pest prevention works as advertised over time, this will be a good value!
Our service tech did an excellent job. He was very professional he greeted us, did the inspection, and then performed all the necessary requirements. He was very good.
Great service and very professional
There team was great and very professional. Even thou they were late that didn’t take away from there true professionalism. The techs were very knowledgeable and they took the time to see what was needed.
Been using this service for over 1 year and am very satisfied with the service and technicians.
Our technician was friendly and professional. He did a great job!
The service is good. Accounting is no good. This company automatically charges my Credit Card after each service, without authorization. I have to dispute the charge every time.
The employees did a great job outside and inside to keep bugs from entering the house. Nikko told me in detail what they were doing and how it would help. Great knowledge of their treatment!
Nico was amazing and can’t recommend him enough. He was so professional and thorough with all of his work. Nico was very thoughtful in the way he listened to us and was courteous to our toddlers as well. We are so nervous about rodents and felt so reassured in the end knowing that we are in wonderful hands. It was a…
We have been with Edge Pest control for last 6 years. They are reasonable, professional, always on time, and courteous. All their technicians are great.Love the pest control services they have provided us with.
I was not home when my home was serviced. I presume everything was serviced as noted on the invoice. Since the mouse traps were set in the basement in the Aug visit, 2 mice were caught right away and I have not had any problem since. 2 traps were set and put in the removable ceiling boards, I have not removed the…
We have someone who is severely allergic to stings. Edge keeps us safe and confident especially when those darn stingers want to come in from the cold!!!!
We’ve struggled with other pest control services. One did a great job with ants but couldn’t spray for spiders. Another sprayed for all bugs but blew threw each visit missing details. Sam was patient with us until we were able to switch to them and Nicko who was our technician, did an incredibly thorough and…
The service technician was on time, courteous and very professional. Fixes the problem. Highly recommended.
