Outside bugs. & mice. Indoor ants Tyler was a really great with explaining & control of application great service
In the business to make money and not care about customers. When called no one answers locally, call goes to overseas. Hired someone for re service, said somone will call, no one ever calls. Same thing happened when I got rodent extermination service, had to call them 4 times after they charged me $700 to come and…
Very nice and great quality and customer service. Always on time and no fuss with anything. Extremely accommodating and can't say enough great stuff with their customer service, in person and with the site! LOVE THEM!!!!
My only complaint is that the technician was supposed to come at 4 and showed app at 5 . I was not home from work yet and my son had to go in late to work to stay. the Tech sprayed around the top of the house but did not inform my son he was going to do so, and all the windows and doors were open. The spray got…
My technician is fantastik. I haf a wasp nest and he safely neutralized it in 2 minutes! Very knowlegable and professional! Theyre my prst control futm and I use them quarterly.
Super service, Tech was knowledgeable, efficient and professional
They always do a great job
Saela is a WONDERFUL company! They always inspect everything & do a very thorough job! I am so happy to have them service my home!
Technician was very professional and knowledgeable of company product and what they offer. Great asset to your company
Have tried multiple pest control companies and none of the results compare to the results we get with Saela. Everyone I had interacted with in person or verbally had always gone above and beyond to answer all my questions. Technicians have always communicated and explained exactly what was being done and what was…
Tyler replaced our garage door seal with a rodent proof. He has serviced our home several times and I can’t ask for a more professional, kind technician than Tyler.
I've used this company for over a year and the general onsite technician is fantastic. At first they wanted to have different technicians but with an old home, I had to insist that the same technician be assigned to my account or I'd have to look for a company that would promise that. The consistency and not…
Very professional
Irving was great, very professional and courteous, he explained what he was doing and worked quickly.
Tech was very good
Saela pest control made false promises on customer service and pest control. I was told my yard and house would be sprayed. So far I have seen no improvements. Respays have no effect and they will lock you into a contract with no option but to continue using their ineffective service. Stay away from Saela. Don’t waste your time or money.
Excellent Service! I've had Saela come over twice now and each time they were excellent.
Great job!
Luther was very professional and friendly. He was also efficient and got things done quickly. Thanks!
I had a HUGE watermelon sized paper mache wasp nest growing from a low branch of my backyard raspberry tree. Saela quoted online, inspected the problem onsite within 2 hours. and took care of the problem on site the same day.. WOW!!! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient service!!!!! Thanks Saela, you all are the best!!!
A very kind and friendly technician. Did everything we expected. Service was prompt and complete! Great job!
The irony of this company is that they've become the pest. It is Unnecessary to come to my house more than once a day to try and solicit my business. Especially when there is clearly a no trespassing sign at the front of this community. You also lied about my neighbor that you mentioned; they do not use you. You are…
Great service and very professional
There team was great and very professional. Even thou they were late that didn’t take away from there true professionalism. The techs were very knowledgeable and they took the time to see what was needed.
GREAT JOB
Tech was very knowledgeable and pointed out some spots where mice could be entering the home
Very professional and friendly staff,
We have someone who is severely allergic to stings. Edge keeps us safe and confident especially when those darn stingers want to come in from the cold!!!!
They are very polite and professional when it comes to performing their service. One moment that stood out was I was informed of a wasp nest in an area that I am always in a few times a week. I was never aware of it. They also show me the areas to keep an eye on in case wasps or ants start showing up again.
We’ve struggled with other pest control services. One did a great job with ants but couldn’t spray for spiders. Another sprayed for all bugs but blew threw each visit missing details. Sam was patient with us until we were able to switch to them and Nicko who was our technician, did an incredibly thorough and…
Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped answer all our questions.
I’m thrilled I used this company! They not only do their due diligence but their customer support is fantastic. I can rest easy knowing that they have helped care for my home.
Edge did a great job in contacting and explaining about their service. They were on time, quick appointments and good service when they performed their work. Overall the experience is good so far!
I am so happy with this service! My home and perimeter had a horrible wasp issue to the point they were coming into my bathroom resulting in me getting stung several times!! I have not seen any wasps this year so far and am so grateful that I (and my children) don't have to worry about getting stung anymore. Thank you Edge!!
