The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make suggestions but are not overly pushy to sell more services. They even indicate that although Saela has the services, the customer could use other provider. Their goal is to get rid of the problem rather than to sell another service.

There was no inspection but just a mild spray was done on request.
They are very polite and professional when it comes to performing their service. One moment that stood out was I was informed of a wasp nest in an area that I am always in a few times a week. I was never aware of it. They also show me the areas to keep an eye on in case wasps or ants start showing up again.
So far they have came out at the times expected and was able to show how the rodents were entering my home. Very affordable.
