They always do a great job
The service person was very detailed and communicated everything they he did.
Great service! Very thorough, detailed oriented. Very professional, friendly. Absolutely great all around!
Saela is a WONDERFUL company! They always inspect everything & do a very thorough job! I am so happy to have them service my home!
Have tried multiple pest control companies and none of the results compare to the results we get with Saela. Everyone I had interacted with in person or verbally had always gone above and beyond to answer all my questions. Technicians have always communicated and explained exactly what was being done and what was…
Great customer service! Thorough job!
I haven’t seen a difference in what they service my house for like spiders, mice, and insect/pest control. I honestly think it’s a waste of money and cancelling isn’t convenient for people who are dissatisfied. I regret getting myself into this. I think it’s ridiculous to pay to cancel. Beware before signing up!!! Read small print!
Tyler replaced our garage door seal with a rodent proof. He has serviced our home several times and I can’t ask for a more professional, kind technician than Tyler.
They do a very good job. I am very satisfied.
I've used this company for over a year and the general onsite technician is fantastic. At first they wanted to have different technicians but with an old home, I had to insist that the same technician be assigned to my account or I'd have to look for a company that would promise that. The consistency and not…
Saela pest control made false promises on customer service and pest control. I was told my yard and house would be sprayed. So far I have seen no improvements. Respays have no effect and they will lock you into a contract with no option but to continue using their ineffective service. Stay away from Saela. Don’t waste your time or money.
We received valuable information today concerning rodents, ants, gnats, spiders and all webs. The technician was extremely thorough with the expectation and knowledge. I really love the company and the technician’s professionalism.
Jose was awesome and did a thorough and great job!
We have a wasp problem, however since switching to Saela the wasps have been under control. Also very pleased with the mosquito repellent. Very happy I switched services to Saela! Very professional and responsive too.
Excellent Service! I've had Saela come over twice now and each time they were excellent.
Always super knowledgeable and friendly agents. Very responsive (many times next day) when scheduling. Quality service, highly recommend
The pest control service individual did a very through job and answered any questions I had in a pleasant and professional manner.
A very kind and friendly technician. Did everything we expected. Service was prompt and complete! Great job!
The irony of this company is that they've become the pest. It is Unnecessary to come to my house more than once a day to try and solicit my business. Especially when there is clearly a no trespassing sign at the front of this community. You also lied about my neighbor that you mentioned; they do not use you. You are…
Great service and very professional
There team was great and very professional. Even thou they were late that didn’t take away from there true professionalism. The techs were very knowledgeable and they took the time to see what was needed.
The service man that came to my home was very thorough and an expert in his field. I was more than satisfied.
Been using this service for over 1 year and am very satisfied with the service and technicians.
GREAT JOB
The employees did a great job outside and inside to keep bugs from entering the house. Nikko told me in detail what they were doing and how it would help. Great knowledge of their treatment!
The service tech did a great job very professional very friendly. He met my expectations.
Tech was very knowledgeable and pointed out some spots where mice could be entering the home
They just loot your money for nothing. I hated when they got me sign the contract pretending to be poor guy waiting out in snow for me ringing my bell and then when i called them to cancel the services they gave a no brainer- the sevices cant be cancelled etc. etc. the gentlemen at door took my signature as if it…
We have been with Edge Pest control for last 6 years. They are reasonable, professional, always on time, and courteous. All their technicians are great.Love the pest control services they have provided us with.
Very professional and friendly staff,
I was not home when my home was serviced. I presume everything was serviced as noted on the invoice. Since the mouse traps were set in the basement in the Aug visit, 2 mice were caught right away and I have not had any problem since. 2 traps were set and put in the removable ceiling boards, I have not removed the…
There was no inspection but just a mild spray was done on request.
We have someone who is severely allergic to stings. Edge keeps us safe and confident especially when those darn stingers want to come in from the cold!!!!
They are very polite and professional when it comes to performing their service. One moment that stood out was I was informed of a wasp nest in an area that I am always in a few times a week. I was never aware of it. They also show me the areas to keep an eye on in case wasps or ants start showing up again.
he did a very good job and fella sprayed wherever I asked him to. I have no complaints - he took care of all of them.
Awesome, friendly and timely service. Said they would be here at a certain time and was in and out at the time stated. So far so good! We love Edge.
It was my first time let’s see what it come out after complete 9 service that I signed up. Person who can put for service was good.
We’ve struggled with other pest control services. One did a great job with ants but couldn’t spray for spiders. Another sprayed for all bugs but blew threw each visit missing details. Sam was patient with us until we were able to switch to them and Nicko who was our technician, did an incredibly thorough and…
Edge did a great job in contacting and explaining about their service. They were on time, quick appointments and good service when they performed their work. Overall the experience is good so far!
Juan Hernandez was very professional and performed a very thorough job throughout the house
