It’s 10:30 a.m. and they’re closed, with no message explaining the situation; you travel all the way from Charlotte only to find it closed. Update 10:39am: I decided to leave a voicemail at their numbers; they got back to me with the price, but they won't be open today, so I'll have to make the 40-minute trip all over again another day.

Scheduled my appt. We had a large Crack going through our windshield. The guys there were extremely nice and had great customer service skills. They had it changed and ready to go in an hour. The place was very nice and clean. They are priced really great. Their price comes with a warranty as well. If needed I would definitely use them first again.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Optic-Kleer, The Auto Glass Professional in Matthews NC. I unfortunately had a rock hit my windshield yesterday. I had an awesome experience with Brandon. He came out to my location and fixed a broken window I had in less than an hour. A couple weeks later I had a weird noise in my window from a very small piece of glass. They came all the way back out the same day I called and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend.
