Our rental property stopped cooling during the two hottest days of the year. Derrek and Stevie were quick to help us diagnose the problem over the phone right away and then came over first thing the following morning. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. They will always be our first call for any HVAC related issues!

Shawn helped troubleshoot our AC that wasn’t working quickly and easily. There ended up being no major issue. He was honest and friendly. Will definitely use their services again.

Derek was communicative, knowledgeable, and advised me of multiple options.

We were having trouble with our air conditioner. I called Optimal on Tuesday. They sent Shawn, the owner, on Wednesday. He arrived exactly on time, inspected the unit, made the repair, explained everything, and was very friendly and helpful. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.
