Optimal HVAC

Would recommend this company to everyone. Not too many honest business owners, but this two brother company is the best!

Thanks to Shawn again for the great "subscription" service and suggestion that now is a wise time to replace that 80V ignitor before we suffer an outage. I approved the on-line proposal and look forward to a call for scheduling.

Professional, efficient, local and convenient. A cut above the four previous HVAC services we used.

Superb service. Haley and Shawn both are professional and exceptionally personable. Their communication throughout the process was first-class. Optimal is very responsive, honest and trustworthy in their service evaluation and performance.

Optimal is great to work with both new construction and maintenance

Awesome as always! Came out in an emergency and back out a week later for a permanent fix. Thanks fellas!

Arrived on time as quoted. Very courteous and thorough.

Shawn was professional and helpful. He explained everything and did a great job without making us feel rushed. Thanks!

Excellent job, great product. Very happy with the entire team from beginning to end! They installed a new air conditioner, and heater maintenance. Couldn’t be happier with how respectful, and professional everyone was!

New: We were getting barely any heat, so of course reached out to Optimal. They were here in just a few days and took the necessary time to go over our situation and found wiring that was defective and needed to be replaced. At no time dd Shawn or his team pressure us to spend money or do repairs that weren't… Read full review

I had an urgent problem, and Derrek was very efficient, took care of it quickly. I continue to appreciate this company.Good job!

Excellent company all the way around, nice people, very responsive, and they do great work. I can highly recommend Optimal HVAC.

Had Optimal install a heat pump and furnace 6 years ago which has been running without issues. Today They were able to squeeze me in right away. I had issues installing an Ecobee smart tstat and they were able to come out the same day and found I had a short in the walls somewhere. They got it rewired and up and running in little over an hour.

The technician arrived on time, serviced the furnace thoroughly, then installed a new 16 x 20 inch air filter. He adjusted the air flow from low to medium which has made a difference in my comfort. He was polite and instructed me on the proper steps to ensure maximum out put in service! I will use Optimal HVAC again!

Your repair technician was very nice and professional. He took his time to explain what was wrong and what he was doing. I would definitely call you guys again

Had a great experience with this company. Shawn came out to help us with our furnace. As soon as he arrived, he noticed my wife carrying bags of groceries inside the house as I was carrying my two kids inside. Without hesitation, he offered to help with the groceries and quickly grabbed several bags and brought them… Read full review

Quick professional service from a company I trust! Love these guys!

So good to have someone who knows our system. When our thermostat got knocked off the wall, they knew that we had a strange connection old thermostat. They were able to find the right wires and set up our new smart thermostat and we are up and running. Thanks.

We love working with Shawn and Optimal! We will always use them! They are efficient and responsive every time

Shawn and everyone at Optimal HVAC provided top notch professional service at reasonable rates. Our AC is up and running and all of our vents are clean! Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future!

They were on time, and very efficient in performing their work. They were considerate enough to dry off their ladder before bringing it into the house, and spreading a drop cloth under the work area. I’m very pleased with the results.

Prompt, great communication, extremely helpful and beat all competitor prices. my go to for HVAC or water heater issue!!!
