Would recommend this company to everyone. Not too many honest business owners, but this two brother company is the best!

Thanks to Shawn again for the great "subscription" service and suggestion that now is a wise time to replace that 80V ignitor before we suffer an outage. I approved the on-line proposal and look forward to a call for scheduling.

Had Optimal install a heat pump and furnace 6 years ago which has been running without issues. Today They were able to squeeze me in right away. I had issues installing an Ecobee smart tstat and they were able to come out the same day and found I had a short in the walls somewhere. They got it rewired and up and running in little over an hour.

The technician arrived on time, serviced the furnace thoroughly, then installed a new 16 x 20 inch air filter. He adjusted the air flow from low to medium which has made a difference in my comfort. He was polite and instructed me on the proper steps to ensure maximum out put in service! I will use Optimal HVAC again!

So good to have someone who knows our system. When our thermostat got knocked off the wall, they knew that we had a strange connection old thermostat. They were able to find the right wires and set up our new smart thermostat and we are up and running. Thanks.
