Very quick and friendly from start to finish. I will recommend to everyone!
Optimal is great to work with both new construction and maintenance
Could not be happier with Optimal. Derrick and his guys are the best there is. Very knowledgeable about HVAC, and extremely hard working. Highly recommend Optimal for any of your HVAC needs. I won’t use anyone else!
We had AC issues, and couldn't cool our home when temperature rose during hot weather. We came to learn that our 1992 Lennox AC had no coolant, the compressor was old and existing wiring might not pass a modern code inspection. We went ahead and sought estimates from 3 companies (including Mercurio's and Taylor…
The staff was extremely professional and friendly.
Hired them to install a 5-zone ductless mini split system in my home. They did a great job! Very professional, affordable, and easy to work with!
We love working with Shawn and Optimal! We will always use them! They are efficient and responsive every time
Every person that we have worked with from Optimal HVAC has been so informative and nice. If there is an issue they work hard to figure out how to resolve it. Highly recommend them!
Very good customer service, the technicians were friendly and helpful.
Optimal originally installed our AC unit and did an excellent job. When the unit recently stopped turning on, I called them again. They were able to come out within a week. Shawn, the technician, was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the issue—he even showed me exactly what was wrong on the unit…
Heat pump and air changer installed. Very professional and explained how to use the new thermostat. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
Optimal installed our systems and we have our maintenance done every year. Awesome company.
Absolutely fantastic experience. I had gotten quotes from other companies for a new air conditioning installation, and I expected a similar experience: not a ton of information, one number, and a slightly impersonal encounter where I gave the information and the person receiving it gave me a number like a…
Workers were very professional and knew what they were doing. Did a very good and quick install and cleaned up everything. We ex
I am thrilled with the work done by Optimal HVAC. When shopping for a ductless AC system, I decided to get three bids. One of the three companies that came out said, hey my product isn't a good fit for your house, but you should call these guys I went to school with, Optimal HVAC, they know what they are doing. Wow,…
Overall, such a great experience! The crew was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Can’t recommend enough.
Very professional and excellent work!

Technician was very helpful, informative, thorough, fair and professional. Will call again.
Very good work. Friendly and professional.
Very Prompt and quick with installation compared to all else. Very nice to work with.
Very pleased with the overall experience
They arrived on time, had a competitive quote for an expensive job (installing a new air conditioner), and were very nice and professional. Most importantly, everyone seems to be scheduled out for a whole year (we called some company that operates out of Costco first.) Optimal had the job done within like a month…
These guys went above and beyond what I expected to make sure everything in my heat pump installation came out right. I am so happy to find an HVAC contractor that I can trust for maintenance and any future repairs.
Austin and his team showed up on time, were very professional throughout the installation, and cleaned everything up at the end. The heater and A/C work perfectly. I highly recommend Optimal HVAC.
My experience with Optimal was fantastic. They showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I would definitely use their service again.
The guys were considerate, timely and professional. Taking the time to walk me through the damper and explain (but not mansplain) about the system. Made sure my dogs did not get out - which is really priceless. Great service!
Optimal HVAC was so easy to work with. They were quick to get me a quote despite increased demand and took time to explain the new thermostat and installation. Would absolutely recommend Optimal HVAC for all your heating / AC needs!
We had a great experience with these guys! Super fast install, really nice people and service, and very professional. It’s a family business I think too which I really like. I emailed and chatted with Haley several times and she and the estimator were very upfront and honest about the pricing and everything included…
Look no further. These guys are the best from fist phone call until the trucks drove off . They beat the competition in price and professionalism. I would highly recommend Optimal. Thank you Dereck , Jesus and the entire team .
Optimal HVAC is terrific. The installers, Jesus, Alex and David were thorough and very skilled. Hailey and Derrick are very good at what they do and easy to work with. We love our new heat and air conditioning system. THANK YOU!
Optimal was amazing! They came on time and explained the process and answered my questions. The entire team was very efficient. They made sure to cover my floors and cleaned up when they left.
From picking up the phone the first time, to completion of the job, the team at Optimal was prompt and pleasant. Their rates were the best that we found, and they worked to get our appointment sooner than expected. Everyone who visited our home, including their affiliate contractors were friendly and professional.…
Optimal was awesome! They were very communicative and listened to what we were wanting and gave us a great price. The installers were friendly and efficient.
Upgraded from an old oil furnace and stubby hot water heater to a heat pump, ac, and tankless hot water heater. They did great work, were communicative, courteous, and clean. Would highly recommend for all HVAC needs
From the time I started working with them it’s been very professional and friendly service always on time and straight up advice and no hidden fees Highly recommend thanks guys
We highly recommend Optimal Hvac LLC. Not only did they beat competitor pricing for a new furnace, AC and hot water tank, they have impeccable customer service and made the permitting process super easy.
Derek at Optimal HVAC is a true professional. From ease of scheduling, site walk through, and instal day, they were in front of the ball at every turn. Courteous, professional, and punctual, I will use them for all my HVAC needs going forward. Hire the best; give these guys a call.
This business was so easy to work with, and their installation crews were professional and efficient! I would definitely refer them to friends, and will continue to use them for future services and repairs.
These guys are A+! They came recommended by a neighbor and beat out the competition across the board for quality, value and just all around a great group and company to work with! They were responsive, professional, on time, kept us informed of what was going on the whole time. They installed AC, replaced our…
They were amazing to work with did a excellent job ! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again ! or recommend them to anyone !
Solid local business, they quickly and professionally installed a great AC system for our home!
Super fast and professional! Highly recommend!
Optimal HVAC by far exceeds the other HVAC companies I've interacted with. They are responsive, reasonably priced and don't try to instill fear by saying your entire HVAC system is going to fail. Their pricing is significantly lower than other companies and their customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service.
They showed up on time and were very professional. They had sheets that were laid down over the entire walk way and for stuff in our closet where they had to access the furnace. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!
Great family owned business. They killed the competition on price and kindness. We didn’t think we could afford to replace our system this year but when we saw the price compared to the bigger companies, we went for it. Also, our original thermostat wiring had issues in the wall which they discovered and fixed the very next morning at no additional charge.
I reached out to Derrick after having a small issue with my 20 year old gas furnace to see what my options were for heating and AC for our house. I received straight answers for a great price with 0 % interest and a next day install. Jesus and his son did a very nice and clean install, as well as being very…
Optimal HVAC was a pleasure to work with from Start to Finish! Very Professional and responsive. Installers were awesome, on time, friendly very helpful with all my questions and Programmed my new thermostat for me, which was so helpful! They totally cleaned up and even used a tarp to cover floor while accessing…
I was referred toOptimal by my daughter and son in law. They had an AC unit installed earlier this summer and were very happy with their experience. I was not disappointed. I had done some research and had a good idea of what I was looking for to replace our 29 year old furnace and add central AC and what I was…
Great service and very professional staff. Would highly recommend!!
The Optimal experience was beyond awesome. The install team was very friendly and respectful. On time and went above and beyond expected.
Wonderful family owned local business. They have come out twice now once for duct cleaning and now had them install AC in our home. They are prompt with their work and kept in contact with any questions or concerns that came up. Highly competitive prices and very professional!
