Arrived on time and we're very communicative throughout the whole process! I knew I'd have to get my coolant refilled, and they checked with me on pricing before jumping into the service. Pricing and service were all 5 stars!
Shawn and everyone at Optimal HVAC provided top notch professional service at reasonable rates. Our AC is up and running and all of our vents are clean! Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future!
Today I had my A/C unit tuned up by Shawn Z. He was very friendly, worked quickly, and did a great job. The price for the service was very reasonable. I’ll be using them again!
This company went beyond what they had to. And they work was excellent. I will use them in the future
As usual, awesome service and best hvac company around
With the hot summer days ahead, I just wanted to share an awesome experience I had with one of our local HVAC businesses! We had an emergency outage on our AC and with four kiddos, it wasn’t an option to wait for weeks or even days to have a technician come out and take a look. I posted something on my neighborhood…
Hands down one of the best service from a company. From the time I reached out to coming back to repairing a piece that my puppy chewed I cannot express how much I recommend their company. Their service was quick, friendly, and informative. Thank you Optimal for having first class service! Highly recommend them for an AC/HVAC installation.
Mike was great! Found the issue and fixed what needed taken care of. Was professional and friendly. Highly recommend Optimal!
Fantastic response time, super friendly, very professional, and provided a great explanation of what was wrong and why it stopped working. Highly recommended, will use again!
Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. In the morning, I checked to see that I needed a new part to repair it. I called 3 other companies only to get the response that it would be a week or more before they could even come out to look at it. With temps below freezing, my family couldn't wait that long.…
I will never use anyone else besides Optimal HVAC for any service needs for my air conditioning and heating system. They are very professional, always on time, trustworthy and just overall excellent. This is a highly undervalued service to include in your annual homeowner's checklist. Everyone at Optimal HVAC is…
We were having trouble with our air conditioner. I called Optimal on Tuesday. They sent Shawn, the owner, on Wednesday. He arrived exactly on time, inspected the unit, made the repair, explained everything, and was very friendly and helpful. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.
Every time I use this company I am always impressed. Top notch customer service, honest and so timely! The guys are friendly and explain everything thoroughly. I will never use another HVAC company!
10/10 recommend! I had one AC repair company cancel on me twice, I started calling around to get help because my two dogs were dying with this heat, and got ahold of Optimal HVAC. They didn't have anyone available to help for a week BUT the customer service rep helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and…
The techs and engineers at Optimal are really quality and professional guys along with Haley in scheduling. We had a dual zone automatic damper system along with a new modern blower installed to balance out temperature in our two-story home, along with correcting the original builder's questionable spider box work.…
