Had a pipe cracked in a shared wall of our condo. Miltos went above and beyond to coordinate the repairs since he needed access to our unit and the one above. He wound up coming in a day off to complete the repairs for us before we left for vacation. How do you even explain that type of service besides exceptional?!…
Miltos did a phenomenal job of not only identifying the issues quickly & accurately, but also repairing them thoroughly, explaining next steps, explaining house plumbing maintenance steps to plan for over time for best practice, & he went above & beyond to ensure for an outstanding customer experience! I will…
Wonderful, prompt and honest service. Terrific communication with regular text messages, present reasonable options to fit budget and exceptionally detailed clean up. Clearly care about their customers and seek to educate the customer to prevent bigger issues. Very friendly and would absolutely suggest to any home owner.

I have 5 businesses, I worked with many plumbing companies in the past 20 years, Optimal Plumbing is the best! Reasonable pricing, best service. Owners Milto and Jeff are very friendly and professional. Update 6/15/2026 : Milto installed 2 water fountains at our commercial property today. He did a great job.
Low key, detail oriented and thoroughly discussed project before starting. Well thought out plan with great results.
As a child care center director in Milwaukee, WI, ensuring our facility is safe and functional is crucial. Tyler did an outstanding job upgrading our bathrooms and kitchen to meet health standards. His professionalism and efficiency made the process smooth, with minimal disruption to our daily activities. Thank you, Tyler!!!!
Very professional. Tyler corrected our problem and it looks great.
Tried to do my own plumbing… and of course needed to call someone to fix it. Miltos was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. He completed the work in 1.5 hours and gave me helpful information on my house’s plumbing. The pricing was fair and I definitely trust them to give good quality and honest work. We’ll definitely use them again.
