Had a pipe cracked in a shared wall of our condo. Miltos went above and beyond to coordinate the repairs since he needed access to our unit and the one above. He wound up coming in a day off to complete the repairs for us before we left for vacation. How do you even explain that type of service besides exceptional?!…
Miltos did a phenomenal job of not only identifying the issues quickly & accurately, but also repairing them thoroughly, explaining next steps, explaining house plumbing maintenance steps to plan for over time for best practice, & he went above & beyond to ensure for an outstanding customer experience! I will…
Great experience from the first call through the installation and repairs. Allison in the office punctual, friendly and accurate with the information I requested. The guys who did the repair were on time, professional and even requested a vacuum to clean up the area when the repairs were complete. I will be using…
Finally found a plumber that I trust. They explain what needs to be done and the cost and how long it’s going to take. They are my plumber.!!!
The job was done very professionally and the plumber excellent service....Very professional and great guy to talk with.....Definitely use them again
Excellent and honest communication and thorough work! It's so nice to find tradesman you like and trust. Absolute go-to.
Miltos was so pleasant and professional. He connected and moved our laundryroom water lines and washing machine expel behind the wall to our basement. He installed levers on our main water lines. He was very neat and conscientious. Would give Optomal Plumbing 10 stars! The owner and office staff were excellent. We will continue to use this company.

Second experience with them 10/10. Had 2 leaky sinks that they repaired very quickly and we have not had issues since. We appreciated them coming so quickly. Will definitely continue to reach out for future needs
Grateful for these guys! Honest work at a good price.
Excellent service, knowledgeable, "can do" attitude, and just pleasant people to work with. Highly recommend.
I've had Optimal Plumbing complete a number of jobs in the last 3 months: dishwasher installation; toilet repair; new kitchen sink installation; backwater valve installation after the April '26 flood; complete replacement of the pipes under my basement floor; sump pump installation. Tyler Wenzel, the owner, and his…
Plumber was extremely professional and patient in explaining how my new system worked. He did the work super well and didn't leave until it was tested. He asked several times if I had questions and answered all of them. I would recommend this company to anyone.
These guys are the absolutely awesome! Tyler and Jeff replaced the entire drain stack to the upstairs unit of my duplex. Not only was the workmanship exceptional, but they worked fast and were very professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber!
The Optimal Plumbing team was phenomenal. Tyler was super responsive, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Glad that we found them for this project and any future projects.
When I saw 252 reviews with a perfect 5 star rating, I was skeptical. After my experience, I see that the ratings are completely deserved. My water heater failed on a Sunday. I called at 6:30 a.m. Monday, and Tyler was at my house by 10:00 a.m. He not only completed everything I asked for, but also added a few…
Very informative and walked me through the issue and what was done to fix. Work was done quickly with no issues.
Miltos did a great job. He walked me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and did quality work. The price was reasonable and I would use Optimal again. He didn't leave until I was satisfied and had all my questions answered.
Very responsive service. Customer focused and did not upsell.
Tyler was so knowledgeable, professional and kind! Highly recommend.
