Had a pipe cracked in a shared wall of our condo. Miltos went above and beyond to coordinate the repairs since he needed access to our unit and the one above. He wound up coming in a day off to complete the repairs for us before we left for vacation. How do you even explain that type of service besides exceptional?!…
