Unbelievable! I despise working out but these people are so awesome! Facilities, coaches, other members and everything is top notch. But what makes them different than any other gym I've been to is the sense of community and the personal interest they offer. They encourage you to do what you can do and sit out some…

As more of a pilates/yoga lover, I *really* don't enjoy OrangeTheory workouts, BUT I felt compelled to give this studio a five-star review based on their staff and community atmosphere. When I travel home to visit my mother, this is pretty much the only workout option available to me. Karen is a stellar coach who…

I love it. OTF has changed my perspective of being FIT. The two things which I love are: - It’s a very adaptable and flexible. The workouts are designed to suit physical limitations, different fitness levels, and injuries. - You’re told exactly what to do. I love this. I go and I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do while I’m working out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best workout I’ve ever done! OrangeTheory Fitness Madison, MS is hands-down the most effective and enjoyable workout I’ve tried. It’s perfect whether you’re brand new to fitness or a hardcore athlete. The HIIT workouts are always varied and well-balanced, focusing on endurance, strength, and power using the treadmill, water rower, and free weights—so you never get bored. They also offer dedicated strength classes for total body, upper body, and lower body, which is a great bonus. The coaches are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive, and the studio is always clean and well-maintained. I also love the frequent benchmark and signature workouts that make it easy to track progress and stay motivated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a results-driven, welcoming fitness community! 💪🍊

As more of a pilates/yoga lover, I *really* don't enjoy OrangeTheory workouts, BUT I felt compelled to give this studio a five-star review based on their staff and community atmosphere. When I travel home to visit my mother, this is pretty much the only workout option available to me. Karen is a stellar coach who is always encouraging and non-judgemental, especially when I drag myself in there jet-lagged and exhasted. The front desk is super welcoming and other students are very happy to be there as well.

It was definitely an intense workout, but all the focus is on just doing your personal best. I didn’t once feel embarrassed or intimidated, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I just joined and literally have only been twice so far, but I’m actually excited about it and looking forward to keeping it up, getting back into better shape, and I really am shocked that I’m feeling that way. And thanks to my friends for the encouragement!

I was late 5 minutes, and they didn’t let me inside!

Response from the owner · 4 years ago

Hi Tatiana, While we always strive to provide a best-in-class experience for our members and guests, we know that there are always opportunities to improve. The 5 minute late arrival policy was implemented in conjunction with advice from our Medical Advisory Board. We do not allow members to enter class past the 5 minute mark to ensure that all participants are able to participate in the warmup and coach demonstrations/instructions. Again, we appreciate the feedback and look forward to diving into this and making sure we are looking into how we can get better. If you wouldn’t mind sharing this concern, in detail, with our management team, we would love the opportunity to try and make this right. The best contact information is [email protected]. Thanks again for the feedback and we look forward to seeing you back under the orange lights soon!
