We just bought this house less than a month ago and the sellers were disgusting people + had a ton of animals. I tried so hard to do it myself but it was just too much for one person. Enter Orchid Maids. We ordered the "move in" service -- even though we had already moved in. 1 hour before Luz and Jesiel…
Excellent cleaning. Very pleased.
Very happy with the deep clean on my home. They, 3 cleaners, were on time, worked hard for 6 hours without stopping. My kitchen came out looking brand new again. I will definitely use them yearly for a deep clean! Very professional from my first call for information until the last cleaner left the house.
I hired the Orchid Maids to clean a house I was going to rent out. The previous tenants were older and lived there for 25+ years. They had dementia and did the best they could with cleaning everyday things but it needed a deep cleaning. I called, set up a date and time. The workers arrived on time and ready to work.…
Melody came & cleaned our kitchen & full bathroom leaving our home spotless!! We. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional, meticulous person. Our first time using this service & certainly won’t be the last!!’ THANK YOU
Very professional. Did over and above what I expected. Due to a back injury, my kitchen was in bad shape. It's sparkling clean and worth every penny. Will definitely use again. Only did kitchen this time as was desperate for help. Will do more next time. Highly recommended!
This company promised my mother, who, by the way, is on oxygen and a fixed income, a "Deep Cleaning" and it was anything but that! For starters the woman who came either pretended not to know English or honestly didn't know English. The "deep clean" that she paid close to $300 for was something that any 16 year old…
They’ve done such a great job cleaning our house! Highly recommend this company.
Excellent, friendly conscientious ladies did a beautiful job. Very happy!
Orchid Maids sent a team of 3 people to clean my large 3 story home. It's a large home and I know it takes time, effort and energy to get the job done. The Orchid Maid team did a great job!
Zoe and Jayden were phenomenal! They were kind, punctual, and made sure I was completely satisfied with their services before leaving. I will continue to use Orchid Maids for my residential cleaning from now on!
Orchid Maids provides cleaning services for my vacation rental property. The team is always professional, on time for appointments, and fast. If I ever have any questions they are quick to respond, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I have never had one complaint from any of my guests. The professionalism and…
They're good company, they showed up on time, they're cleaning was very professional, the area they had to clean was very nasty and it came out beautiful. The people were very professional, courteous and kind. I would recommend them to anybody.
Years of having three teenagers in the house took its toll. Now that they are all out on their own, it was definitely time for a deep clean. Orchid Maids did such a good job! It's like I have new house again. I'm so happy, I could cry!
Wonderful experience and always willing to work with you ! Loved the cleaner they sent and I had no worries at all leaving my house while she worked. Polite service and well worth the money!
My house sparkled after the cleaners left. It was the best gift I gave to myself. Definitely hire this business!
Excellent cleaning service. They are friendly and thorough. You know exactly what to expect each time they clean. And if you aren’t happy when they are done, they will fix any issue you identify.
I have Orchid Maids coming on a monthly basis. A deep cleaning is required for the initial cleaning and absolutely well worth it! They're very thorough and professional, left the house sparkling and smelling fresh. They stand by their work and make sure that you're satisfied before they leave. I would recommend…
