They called me to say they can’t do 1pm because they only do 9am for move in cleanings due to them being so thorough and needing a full day to clean. Then the only availability they had for 9am was over a week after I needed it , but I agreed. They called me prior to the appointment to ask me to run self cleaning mode on the ovens myself so that their staff didn’t have to do it. I complied. Then they told me that if I want both ovens cleaned and both fridges I would need to pay extra as only 1 of each appliance is included. This was a $1k cleaning service. So I complied and paid extra. When they arrived on the day to clean they told my boyfriend they likely wouldn’t have time to clean the extra fridge. we had to call back their boss to confirm we paid extra and it would be cleaned. Then they completed the cleaning within only 2-3 hours needing us to come back from work early and inspect the job when we were told it would be an 8 hour cleaning and we could inspect at the end of the work day. At the end of the day they just did a really shoddy half ass cleaning job. Messed up my schedule multiple times telling me it would take 8 hours and be very thorough, charging me extra , so I paid $1100 for 2 hours of sub par cleaning. Just be aware.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service. We take our customers’ concerns seriously and would have appreciated the opportunity to address any issues when the cleaning was completed in June. We do want to clarify a few points for the benefit of anyone reading this review. Move-in/move-out cleanings are scheduled in the morning because they are intended to be completed before the customer takes possession of or occupies the home. Our standard move-in/move-out cleaning includes one refrigerator and one stove/oven. Additional appliances are available for an additional fee, which was discussed and approved in this case. Regarding the ovens, we asked that the self-cleaning cycle be run beforehand to assist with the cleaning process; this was not a request to avoid cleaning the ovens. We also conduct a final walkthrough because it provides an opportunity for the customer to identify anything that may have been overlooked so that it can be addressed before the team leaves. Had we been made aware of specific areas that did not meet expectations during the walkthrough, we would have had the opportunity to address them at that time. Our move-in/move-out services are flat-rate services based on the scope of work and the assigned team, rather than an hourly rate. The number of cleaners assigned can affect how quickly the work is completed; a larger team can complete the same scope in less time. The amount charged is therefore not based simply on the number of hours the cleaners are physically in the home. Most importantly, we regret that the final result did not meet your expectations. We would have welcomed the opportunity to correct any deficiencies in June rather than learning about them approximately two months later. We encourage customers to contact us immediately if something is not right so that we can inspect the work and make every reasonable effort to resolve the concern promptly. We appreciate the feedback and will use it as an opportunity to reinforce communication with our teams regarding expectations, scope, and final walkthroughs.
