Edward Francois is the best employee of Orkin. He deserves a recognition of excellence! He always treats us with respect, listens to our concerns, and addresses any problems promptly. We don’t want any other Orkin representative besides Edward. Orkin is blessed to have a young man such as Mr. Edward Francois in… Read full review

A new technician came out, and he was polite, confident, courteous, friendly and very professional. I failed to write down his name, but it was a pleasure doing business with him. I sincerely hope he continues to come to my house on Shephard Drive in Denham Springs. He is a keeper!!

I have had Orkin nearly a year now for my termite treatments & regular home prevention. They are amazing . I have had no issues with any bug of any sort . My tech is also one of the absolute best. VERY GOOD SERVICE. THEY WERE FAST EFFICIENT AND DIDNT MISS A CORNER! THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED AS A TEAM! MY SERVICE GUY IS SO NICE!

Awesome Services !!

Been with Orkin for years. They provide good and top quality service. The tech is very knowledgeable in the field in which they do. Thank you for keeping my home bug free.

Communicated well through the entire process!

The service quality has declined recently. On The last visit the technician didn’t come inside at all. This is unacceptable.

Treated our property on 9/14/23, but didn’t use granules, as they were out of stock. For a business that is for pest extermination, they should always have stock or reschedule the visit to ensure the full service for which the customer is paying.

Great knowledge, very friendly, and stay by their product

Never disappointed, fast and on time always!

Great communication, always very accommodating.

Mr. Johnny was very prompt, nice and efficient in the service he provided today.

Both technicians were professional and knowledgeable.

Johnny is our service technician and is always very professional and on time! Never misses a beat when it comes to the service.

My tenant was not awake when Mr. Carlton came at his scheduled time, but he came back later! He was so professional and has gone above and beyond and I’m very impressed! Thank you sooo much for helping me with my pest issues!

Very efficient service Respectful and careful about the chemicals he used

Carlton was the most professional patient and very thorough. He addressed all my concerns. Will I refer Orkin? Yes people like him compliment your company very well.

Always good interaction with technician. Point out areas of concern and he inspects. Sprays if needed or on a just in case basis.

They sprayed for everything, but i was under the impression that for the initial$139 that orkin would give me a detailed report on what critters i had pluspersonalize a plan for our specific problems but all he did was spray alot. He did not go in the attic and i just feel like he was not worried with our problem.… Read full review

Nice, friendly and competent employees

I called for an inspection of my home. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I had what Orkin calls a speciality issue, with bees. They were very persistent and they did resolve the issue. I was impressed with their lightening fast response and resolution to the bee infestation that surfaced during demolition.… Read full review

Rep was very prompt and professional.

I had ants in my kitchen that I found out was a result of a water leak under the sink. They came in and treated the area & they treated the outside. Within 3 days I there were no ants I was very pleased with the treatment and service was very professional & friendly!

Excellent customer service, and the technician was polite, knowledgable, and courteous. I have been with this company for over 12 years. I highly recommend this company.
