The service quality has declined recently. On The last visit the technician didn’t come inside at all. This is unacceptable.
Treated our property on 9/14/23, but didn’t use granules, as they were out of stock. For a business that is for pest extermination, they should always have stock or reschedule the visit to ensure the full service for which the customer is paying.

Carlton was AMAZING! After having a horrendous experience with Terminix, I switched to Orkin and boy am I happy that I did! They sprayed for everything, but i was under the impression that for the initial$139 that orkin would give me a detailed report on what critters i had pluspersonalize a plan for our specific problems but all he did was spray alot. He did not go in the attic and i just feel like he was not worried with our problem.…

I had ants in my kitchen that I found out was a result of a water leak under the sink. They came in and treated the area & they treated the outside. Within 3 days I there were no ants I was very pleased with the treatment and service was very professional & friendly!
