Orkin

Very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient service man… Duncan impressed me with his knowledge and patience in explaining my issue and the possible solutions.

Hampton is so sarcastic I could barely stand being on the phone the sad thing is I loved their product but between the over billing and use of saved credit cards that they did NOT. Have permission to save or USE I had to leave it’s a shame because they actually have a good product . Wish things were different. Oh… Read full review

Edward F is the best!!! Always professional always timely and makes great service recommendations to guarantee I have no pest issues!😍🙌🤩

After the first spray a very minimal amount of bugs were around my light fixture outside barely could see them. Very knowledgeable Orkin associate. The home inspection was nice didn’t know that came with the deal. From your home inspection that part can get kinda pricey depending on what your home needs… you don’t… Read full review

Corey was very nice and thorough. This was his first time here. After he left I noticed bugs on the floor in my pantry. I called him back and he returned to see what they were and also to spray them. Very happy with the service and with Corey.

I had issues with another tech running through the job so fast and not doing a thorough job, but Edward was wonderful. He came to do the inside and did a superb job. He took his time and caught areas I have not seen any other technician do on the inside. Make him my permanent technician. If he did this on the… Read full review

We have had trey for a quite a few months and he's been pretty awesome! Very thorough, friendly, respectful and just great service allaround!

2nd time using Orkin & I love them. I was serviced by Tara today & her customer service skills were exceptional.

great service. I called over the weekend to report a concern with my home. They called Monday to follow up and handled my concern in a timely manner.

Used Orkin when I rented my first home in 2016. Now I’m an owner woo woo but Mr. Blanchard was the best he took great care of us. Very professional and prompt courteous service. Was very knowledgeable and definitely handled the issue by the end of my last spray. Will definitely be using them again soon.

Always informative

If running late they give a courtesy call to inform you and let you know the expected arrival time. They always call ahead to let you know that they are on the way to allow you time to prepare for their arrival.

Johnny is our service technician and is always very professional and on time! Never misses a beat when it comes to the service.

Prompt, professional & thorough treatment in my opinion

Very polite and gets the job done

Anthony was great. I usually have too many questions he answered them all very patiently.

Very professional from the phone call to the technician. They were the only one offering same day services in my area. Saw a mouse the night prior, husband was going on nights and I didn’t want my newborn and I home alone with a mouse problem. They were quick, easy, and respectful. Would 100% recommend. A very nice young man but should ask the customer right off the bat if there are any issues that I would like addressed. He was only in the house for five minutes max. That does not seem like enough time at all.

He didn't use the sweeper for the spider webs around the house

We had a very pleasant experience with the service woman today. She explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly and professional.

AJ was great.

Orkin provided service for me for several years and I have always been satisfied with the service they provided.

I’ve been using Orkin for years and was somewhat okay with their services. They don’t really spray your ENTIRE house like upstairs unless being told so. Also, They don’t check or replace those sticky paper traps they put in corners of your house. They give you extra traps UPON REQUEST and tell you to replace them… Read full review

Employee very professional

The technician was on time. She listened to why I had called and set out to inspect my property. She took pictures of insects that I didn’t know what they were and found out what they were and explained what the did. She then sprayed and explained other services Orkin offered that I might find useful based on our conversation.

Customer service is always great. Mr. Gress Barber is always very pleasing to be around.
