My service agent was extra polite, walked through my entire house inside and out, and answered all of my questions. Unlike one of their major competitors, Orkin makes and keeps appointments with me which I greatly appreciate.

Resolved. There are some problems, but in general management seems to be dedicated to trying to resolve any problem that occurs amicably.

Tate who does our pest control is very nice, friendly and helpful! The folks on the phone when I have ever had to call are great too! I've been really happy with my service, will continue being a customer. Highly recommend if your looking for a pest control company.

I am not a fan of insects. I don't like to see any of them. I would like to keep a clean environment and Orkin helps out with that and we appreciate you guys.

I just want to thank EDWARD FRANCOIS, for coming out and services my home. He did an excellent job on the home inspection and extermination.He explain the nature of the job concerning insects. Also the price was at a reasonable price.

I have had several interactions with this company. While, I am happy with the work that they do, I don't feel like they have consideration and value for my time. We go from a 2 hour windows that turns into a 5 or 6 hour day. I can't get anything else done because I spend the day waiting for them to arrive.

Technician Johnny is friendly & accommodating

Our tec Johnny is professional and does a very good job I have never seen a bug on his watch. My house feels clean and bug free. We happy with the Orkin service. Have use Orkin for many years.

Professional, caln, knowledgeable and thorough and friendly.

Used Orkin when I rented my first home in 2016. Now I’m an owner woo woo but Mr. Blanchard was the best he took great care of us. Very professional and prompt courteous service. Was very knowledgeable and definitely handled the issue by the end of my last spray. Will definitely be using them again soon.

The technician was on time. She listened to why I had called and set out to inspect my property. She took pictures of insects that I didn’t know what they were and found out what they were and explained what the did. She then sprayed and explained other services Orkin offered that I might find useful based on our conversation.
