I have had Orkin nearly a year now for my termite treatments & regular home prevention. They are amazing . I have had no issues with any bug of any sort . My tech is also one of the absolute best. They’re very responsible, thanks.
Orkin has been my go-to provider for pest control and termite prevention for over 20 years. They are easy to work with and thoroughly professional. Anytime I have had any issues, they are resolved expeditiously. I highly recommend Orkin for pest control and termite prevention.
The lady was great!! She notified me of the upcoming appointment & expected time. She was very prompt & professional. My kids was out of school & she worked around them. Thanks to her..
Been with Orkin for years. They provide good and top quality service. The tech is very knowledgeable in the field in which they do. Thank you for keeping my home bug free.
Communicated well through the entire process!
Ok.
Orkin service started very well, but after a few visits, appointments were made but no service. What is going on? I called Orkin to get a understanding and explanation of why this happened. Still service appointments were made and no service. Why?
Terribly overpriced, inefficient and ineffective. To make it right you can perform the services that we paid for. I still have mice and will have paid you $700 when it’s all said and done.
The team was very professional and very organized
Service person was excellent. Suggestions were made for consideration. I had no termite problems.
Johnny is our service technician and is always very professional and on time! Never misses a beat when it comes to the service.
Good job
I was told they were coming patch up entry holes from the rodent infestation in a home I inherited. Also treating the yard and other problems that could be unseen. The man came out and set 8 wooden traps for $300. Im canceling my service immediately and want a refund.
Daryl was amazing. I was impressed with his knowledge kindness and thoroughness. Trust the experts and don’t do the Home Depot options.
Anthony was great. I usually have too many questions he answered them all very patiently.
Very professional from the phone call to the technician. They were the only one offering same day services in my area. Saw a mouse the night prior, husband was going on nights and I didn’t want my newborn and I home alone with a mouse problem. They were quick, easy, and respectful. Would 100% recommend. Not too…
I love that they want to get it right!!! I love My bug guy!!!
I was not satisfied with the service on July the 19th because whoever sprayed my house today only sprayed the inside and not the outside I never had any problems with any the other people that came they always sprayed inside and outside
Carlton was AMAZING! After having a horrendous experience with Terminix, I switched to Orkin and boy am I happy that I did! My tenant was not awake when Mr. Carlton came at his scheduled time, but he came back later! He was so professional and has gone above and beyond and I’m very impressed! Thank you sooo much for helping me with my pest issues!
Very efficient service Respectful and careful about the chemicals he used
Originally contacted working for pest control of roaches and rodents. Two inspectors, as well as one technician attempted to sell me attic insulation as opposed to removing the rodents. It was stated to me that removing rodents was too large of a job to complete without addressing other issues. I was told that my…
They sprayed for everything, but i was under the impression that for the initial$139 that orkin would give me a detailed report on what critters i had pluspersonalize a plan for our specific problems but all he did was spray alot. He did not go in the attic and i just feel like he was not worried with our problem.…
These guys are the best. We’ve not had any issues since switching to Orkin.
I was promised services that I did not receive, but was still charged the same price. I paid nearly $200.00 just for the technician to walk around and tell me what they don't do. I was told that i would receive rodent boxes included in the price I was quoted. The technician said he did not have any on the truck. If…
Very conscientious and respectful of my time and availability. He called and texted before arrival and made no complaints when I had to reschedule.
Wow - I can’t put into words the level of customer service I received today! Ron was one of a kind! Not only did they do a thorough inspection, they were in the mud outside installing a dryer vent cage for me! I’ve never had this type of service with any type of business! My home already feels safer from creepy…
I am very pleased with Devin. He is such a breath of fresh air from the previous associates I had.. Devin is always very very kind and professional! He answers every question no matter how many I have which is usually a lot. I'm pleased with Orkin overall. Thanks for great service!
I called for an inspection of my home. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I had what Orkin calls a speciality issue, with bees. They were very persistent and they did resolve the issue. I was impressed with their lightening fast response and resolution to the bee infestation that surfaced during demolition.…
The Tech that I had was named Jacob. He was fantastic. He took care of everything that I needed and some things that I didn't even know that I needed. I used Orkin for my business and then at my home. Great customer service !!!
Overpriced and didn’t resolve the issue. When I called to cancel the contract, they said the couldn’t provide a written receipt of the cancellation...?

Great technician fast and very friendly also very attentive
Good.
This review would have been a 5 star review. Great service, the exterminator was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, I could do the exterminating myself if all y’all do is spray in and around the house for bugs and put down sticky traps. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone, Ms. DeDe is the reason for this 3…
