Orkin service started very well, but after a few visits, appointments were made but no service. What is going on? I called Orkin to get a understanding and explanation of why this happened. Still service appointments were made and no service. Why?

Terribly overpriced, inefficient and ineffective. To make it right you can perform the services that we paid for. I still have mice and will have paid you $700 when it’s all said and done.

I was told they were coming patch up entry holes from the rodent infestation in a home I inherited. Also treating the yard and other problems that could be unseen. The man came out and set 8 wooden traps for $300. Im canceling my service immediately and want a refund.

I was not satisfied with the service on July the 19th because whoever sprayed my house today only sprayed the inside and not the outside I never had any problems with any the other people that came they always sprayed inside and outside

Carlton was AMAZING! After having a horrendous experience with Terminix, I switched to Orkin and boy am I happy that I did! My tenant was not awake when Mr. Carlton came at his scheduled time, but he came back later! He was so professional and has gone above and beyond and I’m very impressed! They sprayed for everything, but i was under the impression that for the initial$139 that orkin would give me a detailed report on what critters i had pluspersonalize a plan for our specific problems but all he did was spray alot. I called for an inspection of my home. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I had what Orkin calls a speciality issue, with bees. They were very persistent and they did resolve the issue. The Tech that I had was named Jacob. He was fantastic. He took care of everything that I needed and some things that I didn't even know that I needed. I used Orkin for my business and then at my home. Great customer service !!!

Overpriced and didn’t resolve the issue. When I called to cancel the contract, they said the couldn’t provide a written receipt of the cancellation...?
