I have had several interactions with this company. While, I am happy with the work that they do, I don't feel like they have consideration and value for my time. We go from a 2 hour windows that turns into a 5 or 6 hour day. I can't get anything else done because I spend the day waiting for them to arrive.

Used Orkin when I rented my first home in 2016. Now I’m an owner woo woo but Mr. Blanchard was the best he took great care of us. Very professional and prompt courteous service. I have not had a problem with the service or the local customer service. They all have been respectful of me and my property and no problems. Have had them for over 3 years and no termites. Inspections are timely!
The inspector, Zach, was really professional and informed me on the whole process. I was informed when the technicians were on the way. They let me know what they were doing and how long they would be at my home. They answered any questions I had.
I had ants in my kitchen that I found out was a result of a water leak under the sink. They came in and treated the area & they treated the outside. Within 3 days I there were no ants I was very pleased with the treatment and service was very professional & friendly!
