I had Orkin since 2006 and decided, for no reason, to see what another service could provide. They were horrible. Now I'm back. . . .
Big shout out to Sean for excellent service today!!!
Orkin always does a great job. My service guy goes above and beyond. I have had issues with scheduling, but never any problems with my service guy.
BJ was great, friendly and respectful. We would love to have him again
Randall was thorough and professional in every way.
I love Orkin!!! They are the best!! My tech is Chris Schoultz and he is good. He knows his stuff!! Answers all my questions and takes care of business. Conversing with him is great. What a good person!!! Thanks Orkin and Chris!!
Our experience with Orkin has been great. They are on time, and responsive when ever we called. We had an infestation of yellow jackets. Problem solved. Thank you Orkin and thank you Anthony for being there for us.
Derek and his associate were quite thorough and professional. They took time to share their knowledge with me. The only thing negative that I would have to say is that when it came to pulling up the e-contract, they did not provide it before they were required to obtain my signature. They gave me a verbal overview…
No matter how much of a pest I am. They listen and are very responsive
The service was fast and seemed to take care of the bees in no time. Both the customer service rep who scheduled our visit and the field technician were extremely pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use Orkin in the future if the need should arise!
We really appreciate Carles' knowledge and professionalism. He was very respectful.
Workers that have come to my house have been extremely friendly, thorough, and professional. I Usualy end up talking and walking around with the workers. It’s nice to be connected personally to the person that I can now trust to enter my home if I am not here. It’s a little costly but in my opinion it’s worth every…
Carpenter bees ,
Jim was kind, professional and very polite. He put us at ease right off. And, we were very impressed with the company's contact information and itinerary. Highly recommend.
Tim did a fantastic job. He was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
Service is thorough and excellent.
As usual, Tim did an excellent job. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tim and Orkin.
Steve Ledbetter did a GREAT job - thank you!!
Yellow jackets made their way through my cement wall from outside I'm so grateful you guys could come next day and I'm able get in and out my house without being stung Thank you so much
Dan was very thorough in both his explanation and treatment. Very pleased with the time he took to meticulously go around the perimeter of our house, deck, and play set to treat yellow jackets. (A different guy who came out last year only spent maybe 10-15 minutes and said it was impossible to get under the deck and…
Was not to happy because they wouldn't come after I got out of work so they could spray inside our house. This has happened for the last few months.
Had a great experience with both timeliness and service provided. I didn't catch the name of the service tech but he was professional and showed me where bees were getting in, and how to prevent further instances. Great Battle Creek area service!
Our service guy showed up at a reasonable time, and took care of our wasp problem quickly and efficiently. I sprayed around the entirety of our house and made sure to check all of the other common problem areas. The 30 day guarantee is a nice safety net if they come back for some reason.
I was told the technician was going under the house to which he didn’t. He also didn’t seal the area which I was told would be done. He was nice and sprayed for wasps under the grill. There was another spot right inside he didn’t do. He never explain how long before we will see the results just said I would…
Brian was very thorough and professional. He worked inside and outside. . This was our first experience with Orkin. They are great! Highly recommend!!
Punctual professional service
I am very pleased with the service I received today, they showed up within the given time and delivered their service in a timely yet efficient manner.
Had a horrible bee problem in my eaves! They came and sprayed and i have not seen another one!
Orkin let me know the day and time of service. Mitchel was the person who came to provide the service and he let me know when he was coming and when he arrived. This gave me time to secure my dog and allow him to do his job. He explained everything he was going to do as well as the products he was using. He was very…
Orkin has done a great job with all our pests, but the program is not flexible enough to skip a month or two.
Don H. was our technician and he arrived early for the appointment, showed us everything he found, told us exactly how he was going to treat it, and told us exactly what to expect at the follow up appointments. He even provided us with tricks we can do at home to help prevent further problems. Don H. sure made it…
Duane our Orkin Technician was incredibly nice, professional, very thorough, followed all the social distance guidelines even though it wasn't a concern on our end, and made sure to ask us if there was any specific area of concern. All around great representative for Orkin. We look forward to his future visits.
Had some minor bug issues. Orkin sent an inspector to assess the situation. Within a couple days we received our first treatment. Our tech is professional, hilarious, and always on time. Great service. And the creepy crawlies have stayed gone.
Immediate Results! The technician wasted no time getting the job done.
