The entire process with Orkin was so easy and hassle-free from start to finish! Timothy came out to spray and was extremely respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. It was refreshing to have someone who was not only professional but also genuinely…
I had Orkin since 2006 and decided, for no reason, to see what another service could provide. They were horrible. Now I'm back. . . .
The representative call to schedule the first visit was pretty thorough and they were able to send someone out next day. The technician (?) who came out was personable and easy to talk to. The way he talked us through everything and added in some banter to make it all feel natural was nice, as someone who also…
Brian did a great job as usual. Friendly, courteous, and efficient!

Arrived right on time and immediately began determining the tiny ant situation. He explained everything clearly and assured me that my tiny ant invasion will be “dealt with” easily. I wish that I had not waited so long to reach out to Orkin!
Always professional. Great price for the service.
The technician was great. Explained ways I could look throughput the year to make sure my home was safe from wood eating beetles.
Excellent service, Jeff was extremely helpful, offered solutions and work will be done within a week. Brian was polite and informative. Highly recommend
Tim is always on time and extremely polite and professional. I appreciate his help and maintaining our property.
The fellas keep my house safe and clean, and they're always a joy to have. Noah is great and my cats loved him. Thank you for all your hard work, Noah!
Chris did a fantastic job, explained everything he was doing, was very thorough and courteous.
Our service provider Steve Ledbetter is the best! Thank you!
Big shout out to Sean for excellent service today!!!
Orkin has given me piece of mind! Sean, our agent today was very nice and polite. I keep a tidy house and we still have pests with it being an old farmhouse. They have been very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Excited to continue to work with them and keep the bugs out!
A polite worker notified me of his task for insect treatment and included an extra area of concentration where I noticed some bee activity. He was quick and efficient. Thanks
Our technician was on time and friendly. He provided the service thoroughly and efficiently. Very pleased with the level of service and most importantly, the result…no bugs!
Steve was very personable and efficient. He explained everything he did and why.
Both Randall and Joshua were great and explained everything to us before doing the job at hand & were also very professional in doing their job as well
On time. Went through the house checking for any signs of invasion got right to it
Service was great!
The exterminator arrived on time and I got a text prior to his arrival. He came to the door and asked if I had any thing special I wanted done or just the usual. He was very pleasant and business like.
Quarterly service to prevent insects in the house.
Delilah was a joy to have do our spraying today. She’s very personable!
Great service from my rep Steve!
Orkin provides bi-monthly pest management services. We noticed a problem with ants in the kitchen and called Orkin and the had a tech out to treat infoors and outside the next day.
Very good job started seeing roaches running once the pesticide was applied I think the gentleman name was Brian who was very professional and did a very good job we will definitely have him come out again for a follow up
Thorough service. Friendly and communicative interaction
Buy the sticky sheets. I hate the mice
They make sure you are done, not the other way around. Also, they double check all the areas/hot spots to make sure they got them.
I was notified before the service took place. The technician did a wonderful job and was efficient and sprayed for the things I asked you to. The Outer Perimeter as well as for spiders inside the house.
Very happy with the service.
These guys are great do what you ask.. with no problem and are thorough
I am very upset! We are in Florida. I sent a request to you to reschedule our appt to Oct 20. I RECEIVED an email stating it was rescheduled! TODAY I get an email Service was completed today!! WHY? Is there a problem with communication at Orkin? Because of this mistake we did not get an inside service! It needs to be corrected.
Devin Dipzinski rocks! Very knowledgeable. I am not happy about corporate. Text me to tell me when they are coming. I called twice to cancel. Twice they said they had it and still sent someone. That part not good! But I got to meet Devin and he instructed and gave the number to the kazoo office. I ever need…
Every experience has been very pleasant! Charles is very attentive to his customers needs.
The tech very thorough job today. Thank you.
We have tried many different services, but none are as patient, kind and fair as these guys. If we see anything between treatments, they come back out asap, with a smile on their face and for free.
Brian is always here on time for appointments and is thorough and professional. He has been our Orkin man for many years. We trust him to do what is right for us and we like him.
Original experience was great, they quickly came out to our home and helped with our pest problem. However, the follow-up has been lackluster - after calling the company to find out why we hadn’t heard from them in 3 months (we have regular service) we found out that someone had accidentally typed our phone number…
The service professional that came to the house today was very good
The Orkin professional that came out today was very nice and informative on what to expect and ensured me that the issue would be resolved.
Never shows up between the times we have set. No improvement in pest control and very expensive for the service provided
We had A new technician today. He was thorough, careful, and courteous.
Very professional and informative.
Workers that have come to my house have been extremely friendly, thorough, and professional. I Usualy end up talking and walking around with the workers. It’s nice to be connected personally to the person that I can now trust to enter my home if I am not here. It’s a little costly but in my opinion it’s worth every…
Steve always does an excellent job and is very friendly.
The technician who came to my house (Randall) was responsive and nice. He searched for the issue within my home. Although we didn't find a source, he sprayed for moths and educated me on them.
They do what they say they are going to do!
What a joke might as well just buy a can of spray they definitely have no idea how to catch a shrew
Great friendly service!
Antonio was great

Great experience. Professional and thorough!
I bought a new home in February of 2022, hired Orkin as our service provider because they’re reputable. They came through and laid traps (which are still currently lying around my home), got a monthly plan going for $74 and some change a month, when I first got the plan started they said they included mosquito…
Tim was awesome and professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Happily explained everything he was doing and eager to answer all of our questions and concerns. The entire experience has been a positive one and happy to be working with them.
The techs are professional and courteous. We are trying to stop stink bugs which is a hard task. It has only been 75% effective so far. We know it is a tough task.
Communication could be better.
The technician that came out was very considerate and pleasant to work with. He answered my questions well. The service representatives the answer the phone were also very good at answering questions and pleasant to work with. My concern comes from some lack of communication. When I originally called I was scheduled…
Randall was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
Steve was great and very knowledgeable! We really enjoyed our first experience and are so thankful to have those crazy box elder bugs and stink bugs exterminated!
Details of what’s included and pricing over the phone were different then what the technician had for me once he arrived and he was reluctant to treat/spray the areas I asked which was a strange encounter!
Steve was very thorough, friendly and professional. Great job. Bye bye carpenter Ants.
Always professional, courteous, and respectful, and thorough.
My service tech had depth of knowledge, was very thorough, not trying to up-sell - very courteous. I’m a fan.
Steve was great! He was very professional and informative. I’m so happy I switched my pest control to ORKIN.
Always pleasant and professional. Took care of mouse issue in only 2 visits. Stays on top of wasp/hornets outside. Recommend!
Greetings, technician was on time very knowledgeable and helpful.
