They resolved the pest problem I had
The experience was enlightening. The technician was friendly. His name was Jacob and he did a very thorough job.
Good at first now not happy and about to stop using
Orkin took time in my home to treat for pest
After we got our bugs exterminated we didn't see any more bugs
On time. Went through the house checking for any signs of invasion got right to it
Brian is knowledgeable and on time every time!!!! Very polite, clean, and listens.
Very good job started seeing roaches running once the pesticide was applied I think the gentleman name was Brian who was very professional and did a very good job we will definitely have him come out again for a follow up
He never even rang the door bell! The man who was here only walked around the outside of the house!
Very happy with the service.
I requested my whole trailer treated for roaches. Charles the technician would not. He treated 2 baths, kitchen and laundry room. And only 3 kitchen cabinets. We had recently been getting many yellow jackets invaded. He said he may address them in 2 weeks. Could not address the outside because of rain. What did pay $288.00 for. Very disappointed!
I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! NEVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! I was having them treat me for roaches, they said it would be gone within a year. Well needless to say after over a year we still had them. Then the exterminator gave us bed bugs!!! Needless to say we called a different exterminator and…
The tech that comes to my house is always efficient and the services are effective.
Technicians were extremly friendly and knowledgeable.
The Orkin professionals explained everything in detail, also assured me that they would be back to check and make sure everything is good. I would recommend this company to everyone.
They are very informative and well at there job.
Took time to explain their service and we’re very timely
Service was good and informative about how things would go forward from the first treatment which my family appreciates and it is very affordable thanks Orkin!
Great experience. Professional and thorough!
Very professional answered all my questions. Was fast and used effective methods.
Very nice young man and explained in detail exactly what he was doing and why. I give him 10 stars
I want to give Charles from the Kalamazoo area a shot out. He was very nice informative to me and my children. He was thoughtful and respectful. Most pest control workers aren’t truthful and caring but Charles came through with the save for this go round.
The Represemtative was courteous and professional. He seemed to know his job. Thank you
Never comes at right time.. Said between 2-4pm .. We work and I had someone there right before 2 and to find out they came at 1pm and didn't service my home. I've been over charged many times over drafting my account because I paid it and they still charged my bank account. They say next time we won't charge and…
Great! The gentleman that came out was on time, well informed and very professional. I hope he returns for our follow-up.
Technician was very polite, thorough and Informative. Moving to a new home is stressful enough with out having an infestation move with you! Still seeing a couple bugs but hopefully very soon, none!
Very good service today. B.J. was great!
Very knowledgeable and skilled technician. Also a nice person.
The men that came to my home were very courteous, informative, and and all around very easy to work with. If I ever need this kind of service again I will call Orkin first!
Did a thorough search and a thorough spray Great job
Orkin let me know the day and time of service. Mitchel was the person who came to provide the service and he let me know when he was coming and when he arrived. This gave me time to secure my dog and allow him to do his job. He explained everything he was going to do as well as the products he was using. He was very…
