Orkin

We've been invaded by bees and when Orkin showed up he explained what he was going to do so he proceeded with the first less invasive action and will be back in about 3 days to check. Orkin showed up right away and the first technician said that when the bee's were dead they would remove the hive. The second… Read full review

We just had our home treated for bees. We have yet to see the results. The technician was friendly and completed the work quickly. The person I worked with over the phone was a bit pushy about signing up for a quarterly treatment plan which I didn't want. Other than that pressure it has been great.

Devin Dipzinski rocks! Very knowledgeable. I am not happy about corporate. Text me to tell me when they are coming. I called twice to cancel. Twice they said they had it and still sent someone. Very helpful, good communication and all their help is much appreciated!!

The company has been out twice to get rid of ants in kitchen and failed. Called for service and have been waiting more than 4 hours for a call back.

Great tech, very knowledgeable

Very friendly and helpful. A lot of information that I wasn't aware of. Helping us to treat for reducing our box elder and stick bug problem.

Was told on the phone that “if any wasp, hornets, bees, or other sting pests come back within thirty days to call back and they’ll respect for free.” The exterminator said they don’t do that and there’s no way to get rid of them because of flowering plants in the area. Did not inspect for nests. Just said “I think… Read full review

Had a great experience with both timeliness and service provided. I didn't catch the name of the service tech but he was professional and showed me where bees were getting in, and how to prevent further instances. Great Battle Creek area service!

My technician, Collin, removed two yellow jacket nests that were in two different wall locations. He treated the outside entrances to the nests and then went in the attic , sprayed the nests directly and physically removed the nests (!!!). He was very respectful of my home and not one yellow jacket got into my… Read full review
