Generally the techs are quite courteous, but some apparently have no regard for fenced in areas. I have 2 dogs that are free to roam inside our fenced in yard, but after they finished their service today left 2 gates open.
Professional and friendly service. The technician fully explained the service we were receiving and answered our questions. Loved the automated texts alerting us when he was arriving.

Original experience was great, they quickly came out to our home and helped with our pest problem. However, the follow-up has been lackluster - after calling the company to find out why we hadn’t heard from them in 3 months (we have regular service) we found out that someone had accidentally typed our phone number…

Absolutely horrible customer service. I scheduled service over the phone with the expectation that in a few weeks they would call me back to check in. When they did call me I canceled the rodent extermination but decided to do the mosquito spray once more. Everything was fine. Then I tried to cancel. Over and over…

Well... I called yesterday and the exterminator showed up today, so that's a plus. I hope the mosquito defense works, but I have a feeling I might have to call them to come back, because it started raining right after he left.

Longtime customers. Technicians are always courteous. Take time to answer our questions. We added mosquito treatment two years ago and it has been amazing in allowing us to be outside in the summer months.
Scheduled service on a specific day and time. Took a half day off of work. Nobody called or showed up. After calling them back, I was informed that unfortunately my service didn’t get scheduled, but they would be willing to schedule another appointment four days later.
Brian was very thorough and professional. He worked inside and outside. . This was our first experience with Orkin. They are great! Highly recommend!!

Orkin is always stellar. They do monthly treatments and inspections. Also spray for mosquitoes in the season. I’m impressed with the service. Have no bugs spiders or other critters inside or out thanks to the techs who are all incredible
Orkin has done a great job with all our pests, but the program is not flexible enough to skip a month or two.
It really took care of the mosquitoes! Wish they would leave a calling card when they were there.
Duane our Orkin Technician was incredibly nice, professional, very thorough, followed all the social distance guidelines even though it wasn't a concern on our end, and made sure to ask us if there was any specific area of concern. All around great representative for Orkin. We look forward to his future visits.
