Clay did an excellent job treating our home as if it was his own. Very knowledgeable and friendly

I had Orkin since 2006 and decided, for no reason, to see what another service could provide. They were horrible. Now I'm back. . . .

Short answer: Large company that is as unhelpful as it is expensive. Long answer: we had bats and squirrels in our attic and walls. The sales person led us to believe we were getting a full coverage pest control guaranteed for 5 years that would cover all sorts of pests that enter the home. There was also mention of… Read full review

I am very upset! We are in Florida. I sent a request to you to reschedule our appt to Oct 20. I RECEIVED an email stating it was rescheduled! TODAY I get an email Service was completed today!! WHY? Is there a problem with communication at Orkin? Because of this mistake we did not get an inside service! It needs to be corrected.

Devin Dipzinski rocks! Very knowledgeable. I am not happy about corporate. Text me to tell me when they are coming. I called twice to cancel. Twice they said they had it and still sent someone. That part not good! But I got to meet Devin and he instructed and gave the number to the kazoo office. I ever need… Read full review

Original experience was great, they quickly came out to our home and helped with our pest problem. However, the follow-up has been lackluster - after calling the company to find out why we hadn’t heard from them in 3 months (we have regular service) we found out that someone had accidentally typed our phone number… Read full review

Gnats swarming out of control for 2 months

I bought a new home in February of 2022, hired Orkin as our service provider because they’re reputable.
