Short answer: Large company that is as unhelpful as it is expensive. Long answer: we had bats and squirrels in our attic and walls. They resolved the pest problem I had

They did a thorough job of checking for mice and droppings. Ever since I got Orkin Sheld about theee years ago there have been no more mice. I am happy.

We have a very knowledgeable technician. He's so friendly and puts us at ease with everything he's doing. Reasonable rates. Always on time. They've taken care and are still maintaining our issues. Orkin is the best in my opinion. I recommend Orkin to everyone!!!!!

Very good job started seeing roaches running once the pesticide was applied I think the gentleman name was Brian who was very professional and did a very good job we will definitely have him come out again for a follow up

We’ve had their service a few months ago but cancelled. What a mistake- ants and spiders came rushing back. Called to continue service and they got us right in. Our technician, James, is a very nice man who does a good job!! Highly recommend!

He was very professional, courteous and informative

Tim was awesome and professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Happily explained everything he was doing and eager to answer all of our questions and concerns. The entire experience has been a positive one and happy to be working with them.

I want to give Charles from the Kalamazoo area a shot out. He was very nice informative to me and my children. He was thoughtful and respectful. Most pest control workers aren’t truthful and caring but Charles came through with the save for this go round.

Very courteous and well informed. We were having gopher problems in our yard and he did a thorough job and explained what he did. He was on time and we were kept informed as to when they would come. Would highly recommend!

Tech who came to the home was friendly and helpful. Placed several traps and encouraged us to call back within a few weeks for a follow up. I have my fingers crossed that there will be no more scurrying sounds in the ceiling soon!
